Matt and his assistant Rachel were both wonderful to work with. My case was more difficult than the average because instead of doing an even trade I wanted to go with a different model. After purchasing a new 2015 RV travel trailer built by a well known RV manufacturer our troubles began. During our 1st year repairs took in excess of 190 days to fix. So let start with my story. About 2 years ago i leased a 2014 VW GTI brand new. After about a 2k miles i started having tons of problems, so I contacted Mr Norris. I told him of my issues and he got to work quick. I had about 12 repair papers and the car had been sitting at the dealership for all in ...all over 30 days. And thanks to him helping me out ALOT I now have a new car and was able to pay off some bills with the money I got back. So now I am doing better with a nicer car and have less bills!
