We had a vehicle with many different problems and multiple visits to the dealership in the first 12 months. After two months negotiating with the dealership and manufacture OURSELVES, we were given an unreasonable ‘offer’ with some pitfalls set by the dealership. We contacted a couple of attorneys... and only Matt agreed with us and thought the offer was not reasonable. He took care of everything professionally. Except sending the repair orders and signing some paper works, we literally didn’t have to worry about anything else. After purchasing a new 2015 RV travel trailer built by a well known RV manufacturer our troubles began. During our 1st year repairs took in excess of 190 days to fix.
