Matt and his team completely changed my perspective on what working with lawyers is. Four months ago, I was desperate with our car situation: we bought a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee with endless number of issues (terrible transmission, brakes,etc.) and never got any efficient response from the dealer or ...Chrysler (according to them everything is/was fine). My lemon law problem involved an RV that was a lemon. Due to the cost of my Recreational Vehicle, my case had to be held in a higher court. I purchased my RV out of state and I was treated really bad and was told from the manufacturer to just deal with it. When I made it back to NC, I tried to handle... all of the issues for the body and the chassis of the RV directly with the manufactures but due to the major problems with the RV and the total disrespect and refusal to replace and or repair the problems with the RV forced me to make a decision. Matt also included me in every decision that was made and Matt did not take any unnecessary mess from the big RV manufacturer and the chassis manufacturer! When I needed to vent, Matt listened and he did not judge me. My father passed away during this case. Matt and I had to meet with the attorney for the RV manufacturer. During this meeting, I had a hard time and began to cry over my father. Matt stopped the meeting to give me time and to make sure I was okay to proceed. Attorney Matt settled my case and I was very happy with my settlement amount and the return of the RV and I did not have to endure a long drawn out court battle. I bought a used car from a dealership only to find out that the vehicle i purchased was a salvage vehicle. I contacted the Norris law firm and received a phone call back from Matt immediately and told him what had happened.
