After purchasing a new 2015 RV travel trailer built by a well known RV manufacturer our troubles began. During our 1st year repairs took in excess of 190 days to fix. We then began searching for a "Lemon Law" attorney here in NC but quickly found no lemon law applied to non-motorized RV's but, Magn...usson-Moss Warranty Act could apply. My lemon law problem involved an RV that was a lemon. Due to the cost of my Recreational Vehicle, my case had to be held in a higher court. I purchased my RV out of state and I was treated really bad and was told from the manufacturer to just deal with it. When I made it back to NC, I tried to handle... all of the issues for the body and the chassis of the RV directly with the manufactures but due to the major problems with the RV and the total disrespect and refusal to replace and or repair the problems with the RV forced me to make a decision.
