So let start with my story. About 2 years ago i leased a 2014 VW GTI brand new. After about a 2k miles i started having tons of problems, so I contacted Mr Norris. I told him of my issues and he got to work quick. I had about 12 repair papers and the car had been sitting at the dealership for all in ...all over 30 days. I really didn't think i had a leg to stand on with a lemon claim but Mr Norris looked over my case and told me that I had a good case and with all my paperwork I had some leverage. And thanks to him helping me out ALOT I now have a new car and was able to pay off some bills with the money I got back. So now I am doing better with a nicer car and have less bills! My lemon law problem involved an RV that was a lemon. Due to the cost of my Recreational Vehicle, my case had to be held in a higher court.
