People recommend him for my auto dealer fraud cases. After first phone call, he asked me for all the documents and evidence I had for my case and mentioned that he will review my case. But after I sent him all the documents. I NEVER EVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK from emails, phone calls or text message. T...here is also no way to contact this lawyer! The number I called always turned into a voice mail box and the message I left never got back. I tried to call him Morning, noon, afternoon and late afternoon but there is not a single time that he would pick up the phone. I don't know if that is done on purpose or not. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is totally fine not to handle my case but AT LEAST KEEP ME INFORMED. I am going to pay for the service not the insulting ignorance.

So let start with my story. About 2 years ago i leased a 2014 VW GTI brand new. After about a 2k miles i started having tons of problems, so I contacted Mr Norris. I told him of my issues and he got to work quick. I had about 12 repair papers and the car had been sitting at the dealership for all in ...all over 30 days. I really didn't think i had a leg to stand on with a lemon claim but Mr Norris looked over my case and told me that I had a good case and with all my paperwork I had some leverage. So he contacted VW Group of America and spoke with them and scheduled a meeting with one of the big guys that represented VW. During this meeting I was asked some questions that i wasn't entirely sure about. And that's when Mr Norris stepped in and really let them have it. The longer i listened to Mr Norris asking them questions he really surprised me and made me think in my head (Damn Matt's good!). He was asking them questions that were making them stutter and not know a answer to. After the meeting was over I spoke with Mr Norris and i asked him how did he think it went. He told me that it went well and just to hear that was a relief considering i was nervous before i went. He then told me that he would contact me in about 2-3 days to let me know how everything was gonna go. After 2 days i got a call from Mr Norris and got some great news. VW had ruled in my favor! And it was only because of Mr Norris professional work. His work pulled through and he successfully got me out of my car AND got me alot of my payments back. And thanks to him helping me out ALOT I now have a new car and was able to pay off some bills with the money I got back. So now I am doing better with a nicer car and have less bills! I would definitely recommend Mr Norris to anyone that's in the same boat I once was in. Matt will Get to work on your case quickly and have you out of your car in no time. And remember, the faster you call Matt is the faster you can get out of your problematic car!

This guy went above and beyond requirements and expectations. He kept me fully informed throughout the process. Even during weekends and late evenings he would respond to emails. He even took calls on his personal cell phone. This guy was probably having dinner while discussing the case with me! My c...ase involved a buy here pay here. Yes, a used car. The guys kept bs'ing me about fixing a problem with the motor, attempting to stall until the 90 day warranty period was up. Once Matt got involved thsee crooks got their act together quick, fast, and in a hurry. They even sent reps to my house to beg me to accept a loaner car. Thanks to Mr. Norris, I could have opted to just get a refund and walk away, but I was fond of the car. So Mr. Matt Norris here made 'me put a new engine in the car, refund me every payment I had made including down payment, AND made 'em take a couple grand off the principal!!
