Matt is the best lemon law attorney! I bought a 2019 Subaru Outback that leaked whenever it rained. It was a nightmare! Subaru couldn’t find the leak. I spent hours, days, weeks trying to get this resolved at the dealership, through my insurance company, my own investigating and researching ...etc, I felt like I was going crazy. I felt defeated. People recommend him for my auto dealer fraud cases. After first phone call, he asked me for all the documents and evidence I had for my case and mentioned that he will review my case. But after I sent him all the documents. I NEVER EVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK from emails, phone calls or text message. T...here is also no way to contact this lawyer! The number I called always turned into a voice mail box and the message I left never got back. I tried to call him Morning, noon, afternoon and late afternoon but there is not a single time that he would pick up the phone. I don't know if that is done on purpose or not. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is totally fine not to handle my case but AT LEAST KEEP ME INFORMED. I am going to pay for the service not the insulting ignorance.

Attorney Matt Norris is awesome! We had a long, drawn out battle with a used car salesman. Matt stuck it out and endured to the end after numerous continuations and long drives. After purchasing a new 2015 RV travel trailer built by a well known RV manufacturer our troubles began. During our 1st year repairs took in excess of 190 days to fix.
