I was traveling north on I77 in Virginia and was behind a slower vehicle in the right lane got over in the left lane to pass and before I could get pass the vehicle and get back in the right lane to a normal speed I was clocked at 80 in a 65. Got home and checked for lawyer's on the net in Virginia, ...Joel Jackson name came up. I read the reviews and was impressed. As a person that needs to drive a van full of children, Mr. Jackson was able to have a favorable outcome for me. My Reckless Driving charge was reduced to a charge of Improper Driving. This is a 3 demerit point violation, not a 6 demerit point CRIMINAL misdemeanor conviction. I am extremely happy t...hat I don't have that criminal misdemeanor!! Although, I know what I did was wrong, I am thankful Mr. Jackson was able to assist in getting it lowered. His staff was always kind, courteous, and very patient. He has an exceptional staff.
