Reckless Driving

A UK citizen and unfamiliar with road conditions in America, I was faced with a reckless driving charge having exceeded the speed limit in Smyth County Virginia. I was fortunate enough to ask Joel to represent me and the case was dismissed. I am convinced the outcome would have been very different ha...d I not had the good sense to do so.

Proffesional, Effective, Helpful Attorney. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Jackson did a wonderful job handling my case of Reckless Driving by Speed just as advertised. He and his assistants were very helpful in reaching a reduction in charges, and kept me posted on how the process was coming. Once the case concluded, Mr. Jackson was prompt in informing me of the outc...ome. He and his assistants were always available to answer any questions I had along the way, and I would highly recommend his firm to anyone in a similar situation.

Speeding ticket

Very professional. I received the outcome they told me I was to expect so very very pleased with their service. Highly recommended for anyone in that area. It was definitely worth the hire.

No muss, no fuss

Got a ticket 5 hours from home, needed legal representation and good advice. They handled the whole thing, I was able to sign documents remotely, they went to court for me, and I had the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend working with this firm if you need legal assistance.
