Handling of speeding ticket

I had received a speeding ticket in mid Sept. of this year. I received an information packet from Ms. Pendleton's office and decided to give them a call. The office staff(Christine) was very courteous and professional in requesting information from me and how the firm would handle the case. Court d...ate was set for mid November. I don't have the cleanest driving record and was very concerned about having my license suspended. Court was set for late Nov / 2014. Christina knew that the standing judge to be not very lenient so she requested another court date in January that would be heard by and more lenient judge. The outcome was the judge was agreeable to dismissing the charge in exchange for a day at driver improvement class. Needless to say I was very pleased and delighted with this outcome. I would recommend this firm and their staff to anyone with a traffic related legal matter.

Traffic case

Christina was not only knowledgeable but speedy in her response. Once we gave her the info, she took care of it and sent follow up right away. Appreciated the fast service, reasonable fees and excellent outcome.

Wreckless Driving Charge

Ms. Pendleton and her staff are amazing! My son got a wreckless driving charge in Wythe County while at college. They made this process so easy and took so much of the stress away, the fees are great and they kept me so informed. Thank you for all of your help and making this process so much bette...r! I would not hesitate to call there office again!

Quality Legal advice and Service.

I had only received 2 speeding tickets in the last 20 years and decided to contest this one. The office staff(Christine) was very courteous an...d professional in requesting information from me and how the firm would handle the case. Court was set for early December / 2014. Best Lawyer in Town!!

I received a citation in Virginia speeding over 10 miles; Attorney Ms. Pendleton was able to dismiss my case. Ms. Pendleton is very thorough and always answers any questions I had about my case. After my court date, she updated me my status of my case and step by step direction of the court order. Ov...erall I would recommend this law firm ask for Taejin Christina Pendleton.
