Amazing Lawyer!

I was very pleased with her as my attorney in a reckless driving charge I received a couple of months ago traveling through Petersburg, Va. As I live out-of-state (NC), Ms. Pendleton was very diligent in her communication with me, and was ready and willing to answer any questions I had about my case.... She successfully got my case dismissed, with only a driving course as a requirement, which I was able to take online. Her initial consultation was free, and her rates were very affordable. She is an extremely intelligent and competent lawyer!

Responsive. Knowledgeable. Great Results.

I was charged with reckless driving in Virginia after being clocked at 82 in a 70 mph zone. Anything over 80 in Virginia is considered reckless driving and I did not want that conviction on my record. I had also received another speeding ticket earlier in the year, so I wanted to do everything I co...uld to limit the number of points added to my record. I put a lot of miles on for work, and until this past year I have had a generally clean driving record. Looking back, I feel very fortunate to have selected Christina Pendleton & Associates from the slew of solicitations that I received after receiving my ticket. They were honest, knowledgeable, and responsive starting with the first phone call, and basically took care of the entire process for me. Each interaction I had with them was positive. At the end of the day, I didn't have to set foot in a court room and my charge was reduced to defective equipment, which is a non-moving violation that carries a fine, but adds 0 points to my record and does not impact my criminal record. All in (fines, court fees, attorney fees), the process cost about $350, which to be honest was less than I expected for this kind of result. As someone that values time and a clean record more than money, I was extremely pleased with the result and my experience with Christina Pendleton & Associates. I don't plan to be in this situation again anytime soon, but I would definitely work with them again, and I would recommended them to anyone else in a similar situation.

Excellent Attorney for CDL Holders.

I stood accused of speeding. Though I have not been employed recently as a commercial driver, I hold a Commercial Drivers License. As a CDL holder, attending driving school to keep any offense off of my record was not an option. I contacted Ms. Pendleton's firm and was treated in a courteous and pr...ofessional manner from initial contact through the adjudication of my case. The strategy was to plea to a reduced charge, and she was successful in making such an arrangement. She actually was able to obtain a "deal" whereby I received no demerit points from a non-moving violation, forestalling a significant increase in my personal insurance premiums as well as saving my +5 point driving record. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone in need of quality, affordable representation in regard to a traffic matter, especially commercial drivers.

VA reckless driving charge reduced!

Thank you Christina! Awesome job reducing the VA reckless driving charge for my daughter down to a non-moving violation and a reduced fine! You said what you were going to do and you did it. Hopefully I won't need your services again, but if I do I will be back.

Excellent Expert Service, Highly Recommended

I chose Ms. Pendleton, Esq. of Christina Pendleton & Associates, P.C. to represent me for my County District Court (Virginia) traffic case and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. From my first contact with Ms. Pendleton, she was diligent, professional and courteous. Her com...munications were timely and informative, and the fee rates were quite reasonable. I am also very pleased with the outcome of the case: Ms. Pendleton was able to persuade the court to reduce my reckless driving charge (due to speed) down to defective equipment. Instead of a moving violation that would have impacted my driving record and criminal record, thanks to Ms. Pendleton I only had pay a fine to the court. I am grateful to Ms. Pendleton for her excellent expert service, and I would highly recommend her to anyone facing a Virginia moving/traffic violation.
