Reckless Driving

She got my charge reduced from a Reckless Driving (which in VA can be a criminal and felony charge that could include 12 months in jail, a suspended license, and would stay on your record for 11 years) to a Defective Equipment charge (which is not a moving violation, adds 0 points to my driving recor...d, and does not carry a criminal charge). I did not even have to appear in court (which was over an hour from her office and my home) or go to driving school. Getting her to represent me in court was very simple (one phone call and one stop to the office) and her prices are extremely competitive. I would certainly use her again (although I hope to never find myself in this situation again) or recommend her to anyone facing a similar charge. Very pleased with the results.

Moving Violation

I live in New York and had gotten a moving violation in Virginia i thought of pleading guilty but then when i further researched it pleading guilty would just lead to points on my license and Insurance premiums going up. I contacted Christina and she assured me that i did not have to be present in co...urt and that she would handle it from here. She was very professional and kept us up dated and advised us of the due process in the state of Virginia. The ticket was down scaled to a non-moving violation at the time of hearing. Thank you Christina for all your help i would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Traffic court case representation

Ms Pendelton is a true professional and was able to have my case dismissed (speeding). I didn't have to do anything after I obtained her law firms services. Her fees were lower than anyone else's.

We hired Attorney Pendleton to represent our son on a speeding charge and she was able to get it reduced to defective speedometer. Very happy with the outcome and fees were reasonable. Hope not to need her services, but nice to know she's there!

Best Lawyer for a Speeding Ticket in VA

Christina Pendleton represented my case for a speeding ticket. She was very informative, knowledgable and quick to respond to all my questions. Since I lived out of state, she appeared in court on my behalf and was able to reduce my ticket to a non moving violation. She completely exceeded my expe...ctations and I would recommend her to anyone needing a lawyer for a motor vehicle violation.
