Great Advice

Mr. Gayle met with us concerning a problem we were having with warranty work being done on our RV. He had reviewed the file that we sent to him prior to our consultation and was familiar with our situation. (Very impressive) He explained to us how these companies work and told us he was glad to go fo...rward but that it would be lengthy and expensive and that we would most likely being throwing good money after bad. He made several suggestions of other options. We did not hire Mr. Gayle but did follow his suggestions. We were successful in solving our problem due to Mr. Gayle's honesty and expert advice.

Excellent Lemon Law Handling

Mr. Gayle and his group were able to guide us through the complexity of a VA Lemon Law case, providing advice prior to being retained to ensure our case was as strong as possible. Once the manufacturer declined to work with us, we retained him and quickly after the suit was filed the manufacturer mov...ed to settle. Although fighting a Lemon Law claim can be a lengthy and frustrating process, we knew we had an excellent lawyer on our side.

VA RV dealership purchasing contract dispute

Entering into an out of state sale for us with Virgina's #1 RV dealership we ran into some contract issues related to the adequacy of the product to be delivered. After several calls to local attorney offices on a Friday afternoon to no avail, we called Consumer Law, John Gayle Jr. Although he was u...navailable until Monday Pam was attentive, listened to our situation conveying true concern. We were able to talk through enough of the situation that although she was not comfortable giving specific advice we were confident in our position. A followup call on Monday involved Laura, who was given a synopsis of the situation, she conferred with Pam. With a specific set of question, the situation was discussed with Attorney Gayle. Within an hour, we received a return phone call from Laura with complete answers to the questions. Laura requested a call after the next meeting with the dealership on Friday with an update, concerns/issue or for support. Attorney Gayle and his staff were extremely helpful and timely and made us feel secure. We are very grateful that he could ease our stress and arm us with our rights as consumers without adding to our stress that is more than we can say for the RV dealership. Thank you, Attorney John Gayle Jr. for the advice, knowledge, and teamwork.
