Top Notch, I Highly Recommend! Knowledgeable, Proficient and Professional! Top Notch Service from Mr. Gayle and Staff!

I was referred to Mr. Gayle by another attorney in reference to a lemon that I was sold by one of these name brand automotive dealerships. I was in negotiation with the Corporate Office of the Automotive Company and was concerned with the numbers that I was presented. No matter what I said, they wo...uld not budge. I did a consultation with Mr. Gayle, he reviewed my paperwork and immediately confirmed that the numbers were wrong and that I was not being completely compensated under the lemon law. He equipped me with the knowledge I needed to get this transaction done. He did not pressure me to hire him, waste time or drag out the session to charge more. Though I was impressed enough to hire him, he suggested that I go back with the knowledge he gave me since I had already established an open dialog with them and see what they said. If they conformed to the outlines of the law, I wouldn't need to hire him and my case could be closed rather quickly. If they didn't, then he would take me on as a client. I went back to them with Mr. Gayle's notes and they acknowledged their errors. Included the missing items he pointed out and resent the final paperwork in less than a week to close the deal. Mr. Gayle and his staff provided excellent service!

IF COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY, CONSUMER LAW GROUP HOLDS THE LOCK

I received a letter from Mr. Gayle's office concerning a problem I was very aware of with the transmission in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I had taken my Jeep to the selling dealer for warranty repairs. Each time, even though the technician could easily replicate the issue, I was told that Fiat Chrysler, w...hile aware of the issue had no software or hardware fix. Upon agreeing to allow Mr. Gayle and his firm represent me, Mr. Gayle immediately went to work and after very short negations, a settlement was reached which was 10X more that Fiat Chrysler was offering in a class action suit. That is pretty much the facts of the case, but the thing that I really appreciated was the very open communication that Mr. Gayle and his staff maintained with me. Any question I had, was very promptly addressed and answered. As the case progressed, I was apprised of the progress at every phase. No email, no phone call was left unanswered. The professional way that Mr. Gayle and his assistant handled my case would easily warrant the "5 Star" rating.

Dealer Sold Me a Wrecked Car and Never Told Me

I bought what I thought was a "barely" used car, at least that's what the dealership told me. Claiming it had been sold and returned the very next day, and boy was I getting a great deal! Well boy was I shocked when 3 months later I found out it had been owned for much longer and had also been wrecke...d. After I recovered from shock and found my ability to Google, I found Mr. Gayle. I wasn't holding out much hope that I could do anything about what had happened. Well, after one email and one phone call, I ended up at my face to face consultation. I was wrong. Not only did they violate my rights as a consumer, there were many other issues brought up that had occurred during the transaction when I purchased this car. The more Mr. Gayle explained, the more my faith in his abilities grew. By the end of this consultation, I knew without a doubt that I had come to the right place. The knowledge that he possesses in this particular area of law is extensive, and he is able to articulate it in a manner that is easily understood. Throughout the length of my ordeal, Mr. Gayle, Pam and the rest of the wonderful staff of The Consumer Law Group were absolutely fabulous. They remained in constant contact with me by email and phone to let me know the status through every step. Mr. Gayle was always happy to explain everything to me and was very sincere in his concern over my case. Contacting Mr. Gayle was the smartest move I could have possibly made. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal advice.

VA RV dealership purchasing contract dispute

Entering into an out of state sale for us with Virgina's #1 RV dealership we ran into some contract issues related to the adequacy of the product to be delivered. After several calls to local attorney offices on a Friday afternoon to no avail, we called Consumer Law, John Gayle Jr. Although he was u...navailable until Monday Pam was attentive, listened to our situation conveying true concern. We were able to talk through enough of the situation that although she was not comfortable giving specific advice we were confident in our position. A followup call on Monday involved Laura, who was given a synopsis of the situation, she conferred with Pam. With a specific set of question, the situation was discussed with Attorney Gayle. Within an hour, we received a return phone call from Laura with complete answers to the questions. Laura requested a call after the next meeting with the dealership on Friday with an update, concerns/issue or for support. Attorney Gayle and his staff were extremely helpful and timely and made us feel secure. We are very grateful that he could ease our stress and arm us with our rights as consumers without adding to our stress that is more than we can say for the RV dealership. Thank you, Attorney John Gayle Jr. for the advice, knowledge, and teamwork.

"I wholeheartedly endorse John. When it comes to Virginia's Lemon Law and Credit Rights, particularly dealing with debt collector harrassment, no one knows it as well as John does. He is a remarkable fighter for his clients and has a vast understanding and working knowledge of the Consumer Protection Laws and the Virginia legal system. If you are in Virginia and you have a lemon vehicle or a problem with debt collector harassment, you could probably call a lot of lawyers - but you will not get anyone with the experience and reputation John has unless you call him. He is one of the best in the country at what he does. It's as simple as that. I highly recommend him to you."
