Bose saved my security clearance, my employment, and my career.
My DUI case went to trial, and the prosecution was extremely sharp and had a 30+ year law enforcement witness that she called to the stand. The prosecution was not offering a plea; they believed their case was strong enough to convict. The arresting officer was very credible, the witness was compelling, and the prosecuting attorney built a solid foundation.
Bose was amazing to watch; he turned every perceived strength in the prosecutor’s case into a liability and did it on the fly. You can only rehearse so much for this kind of thing; sure, Bose has many years of experience defending DUI clients, but it’s not every day that you are defending a client who ran into a parked vehicle of a career law-enforcement official. That’s exactly what Bose was facing with my case.
Bottom line, DUI dismissal. I would say Bose is worth every penny, but I know of more expensive lawyers who—while they are very capable—don’t take your case personally. Bose is a great value, and a great person.
Believe me, your case will be personal to Bose if he takes you on as a client. Do yourself a favor if you are facing a DUI; meet with Bose. One meeting. You will understand what I am talking about because the trust factor is immediate, and your trust will be well placed.
Thank you Bose!

When I decided to start my own business, I sought out the advice and counsel of a lawyer that was interested not in just helping get me set up, but in growing my business and looking out for my interests. I was extremely fortunate to have sought out the advice and council of Sudeep Bose as I started on my journey.
His expertise has helped me greatly not only in the areas of small business law, but also in the business strategy and growth of my organization. I learn something new every time I consult with him, and my confidence in the health of my company is rock solid thanks to his guidance.
His professionalism, business acumen and attention to detail are second to none, and he is always available to provide me with advice when I need it. Just imagine am sitting in a space station surrounded by infinity amount of stars and thats the number of stars am going to credit Mr Bose with.
I hired Mr Bose(read :we took help from mr bose) regarding felony of embezzlement.
For the time being i was stuck working at a retail clothing store despite of a background from aeronautical engineering and buisness administration.
I cannot even think of being called a criminal by someone in my life ,and here comes a day they charged me with embezzlement(felony) of more than $200 .SAY That you are walking down the street and suddenly two guys pull up from some store and grab you, give you a pen and paper and ask you to write down whatever they say, while defaming you giving you a fear of being ruined in life in one or another way,and later on get you arrested for their own favor and amenities in their jobs and putting stores damage on you,
And you are stuck with a felony for free.
Just after that day i started looking for a extra ordinary lawyer
And to my surprise i saw a name on avvo ''Sudeep Bose'' ,one you cannot get wrong with and i contacted him and found out at first glance he is the one we need.
Mr Bose is a great personality ,insightful, virtuous, incisive and has a great sense of humor and who can really understand you like a family.
We discussed about the case on the day we met and looked forward to the preliminary hearing.
On preliminary day one thing was clear the opponent side and (detective) was pushing the prosecutor for a felony and jail time and than here comes mr bose 's experience ,he discussed with the prosecutor and negotiates the matter to relief on that day for me and walks me out of the court like a free bird. No jail, no fine, and believe me that was impossible without Mr Bose ,and for me its a victory where odds were againist me and i had nothing to challenge them with during that moment but we won.
Trouble comes without knocking on the door and for sure Mr Bose will be our family lawyer.
Mr Bose is god in my eyes
I would say if you are in a situation like this ,put all the things aside and hire Mr Sudeep Bose!!!!!!

I hired Mr Bose for my case after being charged with reckless driving general, and separately for not having a valid Virginia state driving license. The reckless driving charge was as a result of a single car crash that I had experienced while driving with my family.
With Mr Bose's help we were able to get the reckless drive dismissed. Between the date when I was charged and the court date I was able to attain a Virginia drivers license. This charge was then reduced to failing to show a valid license when asked by a officer which carries a $10 fine and does not show on your record.
I am very pleased with the outcome of the case and Mr Bose was helpful and professional throughout. Without his services the charges could have ended up more serious than transpired. I am thankful to Mr Bose for this and wish him all the best in the future.

I am very happy with Mr. Bose services, I highly recommend him!

Thanks Mr. Bose

Mr. Bose is a great lawyer. I was cited doing 96 in a 55 mph zone in Fairfax VA., one of the worst counties to get a reckless driving charge. I was definitely worried about the ticket after googling what the consequences of the charge could carry which are loss of license and/or jail time, basically this charge is equivalent to a dui which I was unaware of. But what attracted me to Mr. Bose was from the initial consultation he was willing to take my case to trial. I really liked that he was willing to go bat for me instead of just saying we should plead out etc. He also explained to me that in no way was he saying he could get me off but he was willing at the least to take my case to trial and roll the dice and see if we could get a more favorable outcome if the D.A was unwilling to cooperate beforehand. But once we got to court I spoke to Mr. Bose before I went the actual courtroom he asked me what my expectations were and I simply said I was open knowing what the consequences could potentially be I was just hoping for a favorable outcome i.e no jail no loss of license etc. So he tells me ok go in the court room have a seat get comfortable because it was a busy docket he'd come get me after he'd had a chance to speak the D.A and the trooper who gave me the citation. So I did just that I went in the court room and got comfortable. Lol I was there for a long time I even was getting nervous seeing what happen to other people that had speeds over 90 and even still were doing less than me and had not so favorable outcomes. But about 11:25 the court took a recess I had been there since about 9:30 so the recess came at a good time. Court let back in about 11:55 and Mr. Bose came into the court room a little before the judge and we began to speak about the case. We couldn't speak in the courtroom because the judge came in during our conversation so we went out in the hall. He tells me what he could do before going to trial which was plead guilty to the Reckless Driving pay a fine of $1000 dollars and no loss of license and no jail time no probation etc. He also told me that if we took the case to trial we probably wouldn't have a favorable outcome because the trooper claimed to have paced me at 95 in the 55 mph zone for about 2/10 of a mile. He said if it hadn't been for the pacing we would've had a great shot at trial but because he paced me we probably wouldn't have won at trial. After seeing what other people got doing over 90 in a 55 mph zone I was elated. I told Mr. Bose I'd like to take the deal and he said ok he went in the courtroom and came back with the plea deal drawn up but it was $200 dollars less than we previously discussed so the fine ended up being only $800 dollars plead guilty to the reckless no loss of license and no jail time and no probation etc. I was even more over joyed than previously stated before. When I went before the judge even the judge told me I was very lucky because it was very rare someone came before him and got off with no loss of license and/or no jail time doing the kind of speeds I was doing in a 55 mph zone that's when it hit me that Mr. Bose really went to bat for me. So After we got out of the courtroom and made the plea deal official he walked with me down to the clerk station and we were just talking about the case and how other people got jail and loss of license etc. and we started to talk about how I could set up payment plans to pay off this fine, and how I'd recommend him to everyone I know etc. Overall I was elated with Mr. Bose legal services and definitely highly recommend him you will not be disappointed.

After celebrating my win (thanks to Mr. Bose), re-adjusting back to the work schedule, I realized that I am finally able to focus on myself and work. Let me tell you why.
This is how it went down.
I'm a cleared contractor with no criminal record, but one night I was wrongfully pulled over and charged with Reckless Driving: street racing (Class 1 misdemeanor). A knucklehead wanted to race me at the light, I declined, and he peeled out. Immediately the cops behind us pulled both cars over.
That night I was worried out of my mind because this could potentially hurt my career. I Yelped, Googled, and just shot out random emails to random firms. Next morning, the first person to call me was Mr. Bose. I hesitated at first because he seemed pretty stern even though we were just trying to set up a consultation. I've never hired a lawyer before so I had no idea what I was doing and how much it costs... so I wanted to keep my options open.
Later that day, I had the consultation. Even though I knew I didn't do anything wrong, I was paranoid about what may happen to me. I consulted with Mr. Bose regarding my situation, and he grilled me, it was pretty brutal at the time. He explained his tactics, his experience and why he will not lose because of my incompetence to operate at his level. I thought he was purely arrogant, but at the same time I believed that his confidence and his charismatic persona gave me assurance of choosing the right lawyer. Shook hands and signed the check.
Fast forward to the week prior to the trial: Mr. Bose and I met for a final prep session, to go over the tactic/ what to expect on the day of trial. After half an hour to 45 min later, we worked out some kinks and we ended the session, and I felt very confident on what to expect for the trial.
At the day of trial, I was NERVOUS. It felt like my career was at stake, but Mr. Bose helped me calm down and get situated. He brought a small stack of cases for me to read, I read it, he explained the conditions that were presented within the cases, and explained how they correlate with my case. I was a bit restless when he told me that the judge we will be facing was not the one he expected, but told me that the prosecutor is a "reasonable guy"...
While I waited for my case inside the courtroom, it turns out Mr. Bose was able to negotiate a nolle prosequi with the prosecutor. I left the courtroom confused because I had no idea what happened, and Mr. Bose explained that we won and I couldn't be happier.
What I paid (one set price for my case):
2 Prep Sessions with Mr. Bose before trial.
Research/ case study time in prep for trial
His experience as an ex-law enforcement officer
His outstanding performance as a criminal defense attorney
A pretty solid winning record via his Twitter.
** FYI: Through research afterwards, he definitely isn't the cheapest in the market but I'd rather invest in a lawyer that will get the result I want.

Attorney Bose has represented me successfully multiple times. This time it was to expunge arrests from my record. He demonstrated his superior understanding of the law and the local courts, and his tireless determination to win (which we did). I highly recommend him.

I am the victim of a DUI and reckless driving incident. I reached Bose Law Firm. I had no idea the incident would take such a toll on my life. I recently moved from CA to VA and about to change my License plate and Driving License. I almost decide my case was guilty with DUI. Bose the man really take the challenge to fight like anything and came out with dismiss case where there was an impossible case to win.
He helped me a lot and I don’t have the words to thank him. I don't believe we accidentally met, I think it was divine intervention!
Really great to met Bose and saved my career. I really like his professionalism in dealing the case. He makes me feel like I matter. And that is very important to someone who has been in my situation. If I have need of a legal matter in the future, it will be Bose Law Firm that I call...
I can say loudly Bose Law Firm never gives up.
