Outstanding Attorney
I was injured in an auto accident and was unsure of what to do or how to even proceed. I had already incurred medical costs from the start and anticipating more due to my injuries decided to seek out an attorney. After reviewing several sites I came across The Parrish Law Firm and decided after reading more about him to reach out and schedule a consultation . He was very quick to respond and very informative about the law and what I was entitled to under the law. At the end of the conversation I knew he was the right attorney for me. He had years of experience not only fighting for clients injured but had prior experience on the other side for the insurance companies and knowing that I was certain he had more knowledge than any other attorney out there. His assistant Stephanie handled most of the paperwork part of the case and was on top of everything from start to finish. They were attentive and very responsive throughout the year and a half process and kept me updated every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again should I ever end up in another unfortunate situation like this again.

Exceptional service and response
I reached out early Sunday morning and Jim called that same day. Great response! We needed someone who could help us navigate the insurance and legal steps related to my son's vehicle accident. Jim listened. Then he took time to walk us through the basics and the details of the myriad of insurance requests. Jim explained the different types of claims and advised what our next steps should be. He addressed the nuances related to our situation of being a small business owner and the related business aspects. Jim followed up to see if we have additional questions. Car Accident Settlement Case with Parrish Law Firm
I was injured in the car accident and had to have a double-neck fusion as a result of the accident. In order to receive compensation to cover my medical expenses, which were significant, and due to having to deal with a total loss of my car and being out of work for about 5 weeks post-surgery I was forced to get a lawyer to represent my case. I was recommended to Jim Parrish and never regretted my decision once during the process. Jim was able to assist me with my case against her insurance company and we recently completed a settlement in my case and I am very satisfied with the results and to obtain a good level of closure for this accident that I did not cause. I would highly recommend the Parrish Law Firm if you have an injury from a car accident that you did not cause. Jim was very professional throughout my case and he kept me appraised of the status, my options and when decisions were required to bring my case to a conclusion.

Litigation - Pedestrian Accident
After an accident where I was physically hit by a car, I needed help to settle a claim with the insurance company. After a year of trying to battle this on my own, James Parrish was able to settle the case and give me what I was entitled to after such a physically and emotionally traumatizing accident. I wish I had not wasted all my time and gone straight to him! He was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend James Parrish.

Litigation/Malpractice Suit
I contacted several local attorney's in the Northern VA after my doctor was negligent in prescribing medication to me that I was allergic to. Since I was very fortunate and did not suffer extensive damage or injury, or even death from this malpractice incident, it caused me enough pain and suffering not to mention time lost from work and co-pays, that I felt like the doctor should be held accountable. All of the attorneys responded that they would. To take my case because it was not big enough. All I can say is when you are the one going through it is EVERYTHING and consumes you wanting to get justice. Attorney Parrish responded that he would like to talk to me and after telling him my story, he said he would take the case. He was wonderful to talk to, very understanding, sympathetic, and seemed genuinely concerned, not your typical characteristics in most lawyers! He explained in detail how the process would work, what his fees were, and set clear expectations of what the possible outcome would be. He and his staff kept me apprised every step of the way, asking me what I would like to consent to when it came time for settlement, not just telling me what he wanted to consent to. I would highly recommend hiring him for any areas of law that he practices in.

Car accident Body injury case solved!
I was referred to Mr. Parrish by a former attorney of mine. I needed help to settle a claim with an insurance company. Mr. Parrish took my case immediately and started working on it to make sure I got what was fair. He was able to obtain 10 times more of what I could have obtained on my own. I am very please with his service and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good lawyer to settle an injury case. He also provided me with information as to how I could obtain more money for my injuries. Without his advice, I wouldn't have known all the money I could have been losing. Look No Further!
Mr. Parrish managed to settle my personal injury case regarding a car accident in an amicable fashion and I am very pleased with the results.
