Sudeep Bose

Sudeep Bose is the best attorne. He treated me with outstanding courtesy, respect, and integrity in my hour of dire need. He is very responsive, and by casual chance, I witnessed his decency toward other clients, as well. From start to finish, Mr. Bose impressed upon me his dedication to applying his... legal expertise and background as a police officer toward an honest assessment of my situation and options available for the best outcome. He walked me through the unfamiliar angst of the legal system and gave me courage. I am incredibly relieved to have found Mr. Bose. I cannot recommend him more highly. He exemplifies what it means to be an attorney.

On the first night of September, my life plummeted to the lowest point. Circumstances, and more importantly, my own actions, placed me in the custody of Fairfax police. Never having experienced the legal system, I just wanted to get out. Somehow, this miracle of a man and a role model, took upon my c...ase. Mr. Bose did not respond to just a case, but genuinely responded to the fact that I needed help. This is very relative to his mission statement for me; that he was NOT here to get me out of jail, but to make sure the rest of my life was a diaspora of opportunity in the fields of life. His actions followed this ideal. He became involved not only in the case, but in every aspect of my life that got me to where I am and where he envisioned me to be. Mr. Bose took the time to counsel me, become my friend, role model, and a counsel for my family. He is very concise and simple in his values and explanations; which is much appreciated for someone who is not familiar with the intricacies of our legal system. Mr. Bose walked me through his life experiences and was always honest. This aspect is the most important part of this review. The strength that got me to where I am today, the most content I’ve been my entire life, is the value of honesty this gentleman imparts and beholds in himself. Using only honesty he figured out my case, using only honesty he stood in front of the prosecutor and the judge. It is this multifaceted aspect of the use of honesty that allowed me to be a free man today, but also to make sure I have no record for the rest of my life. How can you lose when you have nothing to hide? How can the legal system turn a blind eye when it’s just honesty holding our argument together. His methods allowed not only the judge to work with us gladly, but the prosecutor came around and fought on our court for us as well. Mr. Sudeep Bose works to help people, not just free them. Mr. Sudeep Bose envisions the long term potential of his clients. Mr. Sudeep Bose is effective in his honesty and openness. Mr. Sudeep Bose will change your life, and never for the worse. This is a Man I can consider a friend, a counselor, and family before I can consider him as my lawyer. Thank you, Mr. Sudeep Bose.

Unfortunately, I have had several run-in's with the law and there's no better person to have on your side. I have had two reckless driving tickets, one of which where the cop hated me so he stacked three charges against me. The fact that he was a police officer himself AND that he is a lawyer is ...what makes him understand the intricacies of the law better than any other lawyer. One of my reckless tickets were dropped completely, the other one drastically reduced (lower than speeding, hence drastically), the other charges being stacked, dropped... This is the 2nd time I have hired him, he's not cheap, but in the long run, he'll get you what you paid for.

I found myself surprisingly and suddenly in need of some legal advice for a potential domestic abuse situation. It was 9:30 on a Friday night and all legal offices I could find via Google were closed till Monday, which wasn't going to help. I called Mr. Bose and amazingly, he picked up the phone. ...While I was not a client, he provided quick and thorough legal advice on the next steps I may face and he was very confident that this situation would not affect my career (which would have been totally unfair and unnecessary). We continued to text until midnight and I was able to get a little sleep because of his professionalism. Thankfully the issue resolved itself the next morning with further need of his legal services, but if it had been necessary, I would have used Mr. Bose without a doubt!!

It is my pleasure to write this review for Attorney Bose. He is unmatched in his talent and from my experience he is best at providing defense. In the courtroom, he stands for his clients like a father stands for his child. If you haven’t witnessed a prosecutor, at least in my case, he was a very dom...inating, over aggressive and ruthless human being. He objected Attorney Bose at every single statement but with Attorney Bose’s intelligence, calmness and presence of mind, the prosecutor was speechless. I was charged with domestic violence assault and battery case. Me and my wife had a heated argument over involvement of my parents in our marriage and my wife complaining the distress and mental trauma my parents had caused her ever since the marriage. All the while I was explaining to her that it's all in her head and that my parents love her as their own daughter, but she never believed a word of what I said. All the while I kept ignoring her concerns, which made her very sad, depressed to the point that she had self-inflicted a serious injury in the process. Not sure what to do, in this emergency, I asked for neighbors help for them to make ambulance call while I stayed with my wife until help came. She recovered a bit and then the police/ambulance arrived at the scene and they interpreted this whole situation as domestic violence assault and battery and I was interrogated by the police officers while my wife was being escorted for medical help. The hurried investigation by police officers resulted in them drawing a polar opposite of what had transpired. By the time I realized what had happened, I was told that I will be tried for DV A&B case. We spoke to few best lawyers in the area but we felt most comfortable and confident working with Mr. Bose, while others provided me unacceptable legal alternatives like taking up first offenders program, even though I was innocent. Mr. Bose spent many hours speaking with us individually and dig deep into the issue at a personal level. It is very important to have a lawyer that trusts you and fight for your rights and not just give up under pressure. Because the courtroom really puts a lot of pressure on the accused. Unfortunately, I had an aggressive prosecutor but was lucky to find a truthful defense attorney. Mr. Bose kept his cool and didn’t give up and fought my case with total conviction and dedication. Me and my wife, we both felt very emotional and thankful to Mr. Bose, who saved us from this unnecessary mess that would have changed our life and relationship.
