I would rehire Brent again, and again

Three years ago I was being charged as a co-conspirator in a criminal case. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. Brent was a criminal defense attorney that decided to accept my case because he felt that he could help me. It was my first time ever having been in trouble legally, Brent made s...ure that I was heard. Brent explained all of my legal rights to me and also explain that he cannot make any promises to me either. His honesty and sincerity let me trust him. He worked in conjunction with another attorney, not within his law firm that was connected to my case. He was able to provide me the most comfort that I think any attorney ever has in my lifetime. He provided me the best possible outcome I could’ve asked for. I got to stay home with my family and not be sent to prison. He was able to save my life. Any time I had a question or a follow up he was there. I would recommend Brent as a criminal defense attorney any day of the week to anyone that is in a position to worry about what their future may look like.

A lawyer with heart

Brent Hart was recommended by a couple of lawyer friends of mine. Brent was supportive of me every step of the way. He is understanding, knowledgable, empathetic, and personable. Every request I asked for he was accommodating and straightforward. Even in the times of my self doubt he was able to spe...ak to me with compassion and encouragement. I was nervous the night before the hearing and I called him after hours. He answered the call. Brent was aware that I was on a budget and worked with me in a way that was time efficient. We won the case and I am grateful for his help.

Very prompt and very helpful

Highly recommended

Mr. Hart represented me on a challenging legal action full of false, unfounded and ill-conceived accusations, amongst other cases. He has always been prompt, diligent, and very communicative. He considered my input at all times and worked with me to prepare a comprehensive response for as long as ...necessary. He really understands the law and the modern day circumstances. I was fortunate to get the best possible outcome, and got the petition against me dismissed by the court. I would recommend Brent to any friends and family that need a brilliant attorney that will fight for you.

Really thorough!

Spoke to Brent who was very on top of my unique situation and able to provide great insight! His recommendation saved me thousands. To top it off, he emailed me guidance should anything arise and to let him know if anything changes in my situation. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for an hon...est opinion on a legal matter.
