I have known Kimberly Washington for many years, her ethics and drive for fighting for her clients is immeasurable. She is the kind of lawyer that I would send my family and friends to, when you have a tough situation. She will not tell you what you want to hear rather what you need to hear in order for her to prepare and represent you in your case. This part is imperative for clients to help them make the right decisions which could potentially effect what happens in the case. She is the kind of person that makes you want to strive to do better than today. She is remarkable in and out of the courtroom, she is someone I will always want on my side. I recommend Kimberly Washington to anyone that wants to get the job done.

My case was assigned to Kim Washington, seemingly an competent lawyer; but after working with her for about ten months, basically continuing work begun four months prior by two of her colleagues, I have come to know differently. Any lawyer earning her fee per hour should be equipped with knowledge and experience that should enable that lawyer to offer sound advice to clients, especially if clients are asking for services that are not offered by the firm anyway!!! I paid too much money (well over $15,000.00) for a divorce that was never contested, but too much time/expense allocated towards chasing possibilities only to learn later on two occasions that I would have to go outside of the firm for services not offered by the firm, but needed to resolve my issue!!! I hope Ms. Washington will listen carefully to what future clients need/want from her and honestly advise accordingly without unnecessarily compounding costs without delivering on objectives known from the beginning of the process.

I have had to use several Lawyers in the last 8 years with my crazy ex wife so I have experience with the good and bad. If you decide to go with the Law Firm of Bryan Fagan beware. I was referred to the Law Office of Bryan Fagan by a once friend of mine and told that he was incredible and would be great for my case with my ex wife. I was pawned off to Kimberly Washington who I reluctantly used being assured that she was a bulldog in court by that same friend. That may be, but I will never know because she was to afraid to go in front of the judge. A case that should have taken months took a year and a half!! Kimberly was unproffessional and would never call me back. When she did she was in her car on the way home. I wouldn't mind this if she would have taken notes or done what was discussed, but instead she would be in a hurry to get off the call. When Kim communicated with the opposing counsel she did the opposite of what I wanted causing more billable hours and heartache. The opposing counsel knew that Kim would respond to every accusation no matter how obsurd, and Kim would entertain them knowing I would be paying for it. When it came to important issues in court, she left out vital agreed upon points on the temporary orders. I ended up firing her after a year and a half and going back to my previous Lawyer who was able to reverse all of Kim's damage and get me what I wanted within 2 months. I highly do not recommend this lawyer. Do not base your lawyer on how much they bill hourly, but rather on how efficient they are with their hours billed.
