Mr Rosenbauer was rude and condescending towards us during a very stressful time in our lives. We expressed our concerns to him regarding a special circumstance related to the work he was hired to complete for us and he took days to reply/answer on more than one occasion and when he did he was rude a...nd condescending. He did not complete the document the way we initially requested. He expected us to sign a blank document and we had to practically beg for him to add 4 little words to the blank signature page to somewhat identify what was being signed. These words were not even part of the document itself. The process is complete now and we are glad it’s over but as paying clients we are very disappointed in his service.

Nick took the time to explain the complete process, that it would require work on our part to insure our assets were titled correctly. We recently reviewed the Trust with our children and the book made it very clear to explin how the Trust was structured and their responsibilities. Nick, clearly exceeded our expectations.
