also known as Nick Rosenbauer
Nick Rosenbauer was born and raised in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. After attending Covington Latin School, he received his undergraduate degrees from Thomas More College while playing 4 years of soccer for the Saints. He then received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and his license to practice law in the State of Ohio. During law school, Nick focused his studies on advanced development of Estate and Tax Planning.
Nick began his career in private practice at a small firm in Dayton, Ohio that concentrated on Social Security Disability. This experience gave him a deeper understanding of planning issues for families who have loved ones with disabilities or special needs. Nick then joined a well-known estate planning firm in Blue Ash, Ohio that allowed him to perfect his craft and focus on his passion of helping families, before ultimately opening his own firm, The Rosenbauer Law Office.
Now, having been in practice for over a decade, Nick enjoys giving educational presentations on estate planning topics. He has hosted his own events and has also presented as a guest speaker for financial professionals, business owners, and real estate investors in the area. He devotes himself to over 40 hours of Continuing Legal Education per year. Nick is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association, where he serves on the Estate Planning and Probate Committee.
Nick currently lives with his wife and their two little boys in Monroe, Ohio. When not at the office, he enjoys running, reading, coaching soccer (if you can call it "coaching" at that age), and the occasional round of golf. Nick, his wife, and the boys are University of Dayton basketball season-ticket holders. Being a Kentucky native, Nick is always on the hunt for a new bourbon to sample (even though he gets in trouble for buying a new bottle before finishing the last bottle he found). Nick belongs to St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, where you can usually find the Rosenbauer family sitting in the very back (just in case baby gets too loud)!

Mr Rosenbauer was rude and condescending towards us during a very stressful time in our lives. We expressed our concerns to him regarding a special circumstance related to the work he was hired to complete for us and he took days to reply/answer on more than one occasion and when he did he was rude a...
Thank you for taking the time to post your review and leave your feedback. We take every review that we receive (both positive and negative) very seriously. We understand that it can be frustrating when there are legal requirements/regulations that dictate how paperwork needs to be handled, so we'd be more than happy to schedule a call to discuss the issues you raised in your review. That being said, there are a number of incorrect statements in the review. First, we were hired by another party to prepare this document that required multiple signatures, including yours. We have never met in person, you have never been to our office, and you have never paid us any money for this or any other legal services. The document was multiple pages and has very strict requirements for language, size, length, font, margins, etc. Once it was prepared, the entire document was sent to you (not just a "blank page"). You requested the document be modified in a way that was not necessary to the document and would also cause the document to no longer be in compliance with the county’s legal requirements. Once it was explained why, you again made requests that were not allowed. Additionally, all of the changes requested and/or made to the document were in fact on a part of the document (which is why we must follow the strict rules referenced above). In the end, I believe we came up with a rather clever way to satisfy your concerns while keeping the document in compliance. As far as email communication, I have personally reviewed all email correspondence, and I can assure you that no one in our office was ever rude or disrespectful to you. We did our best to explain what could/couldn't be done with your multiple requests. Additionally, we did notify you after the final change that any additional adjustments would incur extra costs, so that you would not be caught off guard. Regardless, I understand that you were frustrated with the process and the restrictions we had to deal with. Our communication was mostly via email, and I am sure things can get "lost in translation" in messages. We have reached out to you before to invite you to schedule a call with myself to discuss the issues and answer any questions you have. Although we have not heard back from you, that invitation is still open. I'd be more than happy to talk and get on the same page. - Nick Rosenbauer

I attended a seminar Nick gave in Fairfield. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his calm personality. I needed to have my will and trusts updated. He is very good at explaining things. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. I can highly recommend him.

We researched local attorneys and sought recommendations from our bank and friends. We ended up interviewing two that specialized in Trusts. Nick took the time to explain the complete process, that it would require work on our part to insure our assets were titled correctly. Specifics we had conc...
