Excellent Lawyer

I have known Peter Holland and Emanwel Turnbull of the Holland Law firm, Annapolis, Maryland for almost 5 years. In that time, I have known them to be very, very good at understanding and applying the law in defense of their clients. They are very ethical, sensitive, easy to work with, and excellent lawyers. When an unscrupulous abusive HOA attorney tried to unethically use the law against me. Peter Holland and Emanwel Turnbull defended me and did not allow it. When that same corrupt HOA attorney and equally greedy associated property management company charged homeowners unauthorized late fees, the Holland firm did not allow it. They defended the homeowners through a class action suit and forced the bully HOA attorney and corrupt property management company to cease charging unauthorized fees and return all illegally charged fees back to homeowners. I was so impressed with, and appreciative of the Holland Law firm and their attorneys, especially Peter Holland and Emanwel Turnbull, that I offered to pay them more than what they were billing me, as a gesture of my appreciation. They would not have it. They suggested that instead I donate appreciation funds to the Economic Action Maryland or the National Association of Consumer Advocates. If you are looking for legal defense against corrupt, unscrupulous, unethical, insensitive, crooks and scammers, I highly recommend the Holland Law firm. Your chances of winning your case and having a positive legal experience is extremely high. Thank God we have the Holland Law firm to defend and protect us.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful representation.

I was referred to Holland Law Firm in March 2021 after receiving a summons regarding a previous student loan. Fantastic

Review of Holland Law Firm

My name is Michael and I am currently a Baltimore County resident and a client of the Holland Law Firm. I first contacted Peter Holland in the spring of 2019 for help in resolving an issue concerning a financial judgement obtained against me several years earlier. After exchanging several phone calls and emails I met with Peter at his Annapolis office in March. I found him to be not only a competent but a consummate professional. Peter meticulously went through every page of the court documents concerning the judgement with me as well as my three different credit reports. He then helped me to navigate through three pages of interrogatories served on me by the opposing counsel. He showed me some intricacies of the law of which I was not even aware such as an exemption from attachment for personal property for up to $6,000.00 . He then filed the paperwork with the appropriate court to secure the exemption. After this he negotiated a settlement for me that was far better than I had a right to hope for and ample time in which to make payment. Peter's legal acumen and it's applicability to an individual case along with his empathy for his client makes him a truly remarkable individual. Some may equal him but there is no one who surpasses him. He is in a class with a very short roll call. I found his fee to be both affordable and equitable and consider myself fortunate that Peter consented to take me on as a client

Consumer Protection

Peter Holland is one of the best attorneys that I have come across. Peter has been helping me with a Fair Credit Reporting Act/Consumer Protection issue for almost two years. He is welcoming, client-oriented, dedicated, and driven. He takes time to explain every little detail to clients so that they feel comfortable and confident in their decisions. Not once have I felt like a neglected client. While his law firm is not considered large, his presence in the legal community is. He is not intimidated by large law firms or corporate organizations. Student loan

First of all Mr Holland is one of the nice person you will ever meet. My problem i had was with a student loan . After speaking with Mr Holland I felt so much better about my problem. Debt Collection

Mr Holland is an exceptional attorney and his knowledge and dedication is unsurpassed. Word of mouth from one person to another is your best referral I do believe. I was in an overwhelming situation from old investment properties from several years ago. Debt buyers showed up after the debt had been sold 3 times over.
