I sought Dale on a consumer matter with my mortgage company. I contacted him on the recommendation of another lawyer. Dale talked me into not joining a class action lawsuit in which I would have received $200. He agreed to take my case so I opted out of class action suit. Well as soon as I opted out... and notified the person in charge of the class action suit that I was opting out of it, Dale Pittman stopped talking to me and never returned my calls or responded to my emails again. I left messages with his assistant and he never called me. Did not respond to emails. Did not have the decency to refer me to someone else if he had changed his mind about my case. I think he is unprofessional for doing this to me.
