I do NOT recommend David Parnell. Very unprofessional. Spent over 2 hours discussing my case with him and he seemed very interested in taking my case we tried to arrange to come to his office to make payment and he would not answer our calls, texts or emails. We called him from another number which h...e answered and once he realized who it was he said he had to call us back and never called again. Very odd. In all our years of experience with attorneys we’ve never had someone behave the way David did. If he couldn’t take the case or was no longer interested the right and professional thing to do would be let the person know. Do not waste your time.

Hiring this lawyer was a terrible experience. I had a post judgment order (divorce) in which the opposing party was subject to sanctions including possible fines and jail time for not following the order signed by the judge. After checking the State Bar Association website and consulting with other... lawyers about recommendations of a trustworthy and responsive lawyer, did I finally found David. His reviews were stellar and after completing a free consult with him, I felt good about retaining his services. Bad mistake! You see, once you retain him, there is no direct phone number to contact him, only email. When you email him, he fails to get back with you in a timely manner. When you send him extensive emails that includes items he requested in intake, or other important matters used in your case, he responds with one or two sentence email replies - replies that don’t even acknowledge that he read them. Also, when he calls you unscheduled, from a one way phone number, meaning you can’t call him back, he doesn’t recall key points in your case or like your court date or when your motion was filed. Worst part in court, he’s untrustworthy. For what it is worth, David fails to keep his client's reasonable informed of the status of their matters. David fails to comply promptly with reasonable requests for information. David changes email dates to match his failure to promptly provide reasonable requests. David fails to protect his client interest upon termination of representation. Speaking objectively, if 3 occurrences make a person untrustworthy, then David has exceeded that number. In my opinion, David is not a trustworthy and responsive lawyer and should look elsewhere.

I called David in search of an attorney that i felt was going to understand and enpathize with mt situation. From the first phone call he showed confidence, compassion, and really let me explain my whole situation. He always kept me in the loop with everything and made sure i understood exactly what ...was going on at every second. My anxiety throughout this whole chapter of my life was relentless. I can honestly say that David noticed and reassured me EVERY PHONE CALL to just breathe and we were going to fight until the end. He did exactly that and more! He really takes a personal interests in his clients case's. I would and will hire him if ever i need an attorney. Im so blessed to have had him on my side through my entire case.

Attorney David Parnell just saved me for a second time. I had 2 old cases from before turning my life around. I was so worried what the outcome of both of these would be. If your doing the right thing and if your honest he will prove it to the judge and provide the best outcome.
