After getting sued by a debt collector for a debt, I researched how to fill out a response and found Ian's web site. I found the website very useful and this enabled me to file an initial response. Fast forward almost one year, and now I find out there is a trial date coming up in a few weeks. I was ...never notified by the court about the scheduled trial date until I received a "notice to appear" from law firm "M", hence I had to scramble at the last minute and figure out what to do. Nine days before the scheduled trial, I contacted Ian for a phone consultation and despite being under a handicap with no time to use normal lawyer tactics, he took the case and would represent me at trial.
