My name is Michael and I am currently a Baltimore County resident and a client of the Holland Law Firm. I first contacted Peter Holland in the spring of 2019 for help in resolving an issue concerning a financial judgement obtained against me several years earlier. After exchanging several phone calls... and emails I met with Peter at his Annapolis office in March. I found him to be not only a competent but a consummate professional. Peter meticulously went through every page of the court documents concerning the judgement with me as well as my three different credit reports. He then helped me to navigate through three pages of interrogatories served on me by the opposing counsel. He showed me some intricacies of the law of which I was not even aware such as an exemption from attachment for personal property for up to $6,000.00 . He then filed the paperwork with the appropriate court to secure the exemption. After this he negotiated a settlement for me that was far better than I had a right to hope for and ample time in which to make payment. Peter's legal acumen and it's applicability to an individual case along with his empathy for his client makes him a truly remarkable individual. Some may equal him but there is no one who surpasses him. He is in a class with a very short roll call. I found his fee to be both affordable and equitable and consider myself fortunate that Peter consented to take me on as a client
