A Lawyer You Can Trust!
Dirk Schwenk is an extremely professional and trustworthy attorney. His ability to get to the crux of the matter and handle it with utmost skill is phenomenal. We were always kept up to date and well informed of all aspects as our case moved along. His court demeanor is outstanding (in fact, he was complimented by the judge in our case for his thoroughness and high standards). He was always very well prepared for each trial date, and there were many in our case. Dirk has a terrific sense of humour and uses it appropriately. We have and will continue to recommend him to others!

Dirk Schwenk has served us wells
For many years we have used Dirk for corporate matters. Both our own corporate structuring and relations with local, state, and federal agencies. Importantly, when it comes to admiralty law, I have referred several of my yacht customers to Dirk to arrange their own corporate structures, deal with tax issues, and consider partnerships.

Dedicated and compassionate
Mr. Schwenk is not only knowledgeable and skilled as an attorney, but he is attentative and conscious of the human side of the law. I've had attorneys in the past who've made me feel as though they had better things to do, or weren't empathetic to my personal situation. Mr. Schwenk brings all of this to his practice, and for those reasons I highly recommend him.

Forthright and focused
Dirk was great to work with. From the moment we met him, he was able to understand the situation and offered up several possible solutions. Throughout the process he was able to 'keep his eye on the prize' and not get bogged down by irrelevant details. In the courtroom he allayed our fears as it was our first trip. Ultimately, his negotiation skills secured a favorable outcome.
