What you don't know can hurt you

2 parts to this story. Dansicker successfully resolved the wage issues. But did not resolve other issues. First he wrote to me that he is not a tax person. Then told me employers are not required to file certain things with the Feds, State or other agencies which is not true. Then stopped responding.... So, I have to spend massive amounts of time trying to resolve on my own because the employer did not report all wages and report to the gov't. I believe all that was necessary was to have a clause in the settlement agreement stating that certain conditions already required by law be met otherwise the employer would be in breach of the agreement and liable. And this happened with Dansicker not once but twice.

Not worthy of 1 star

I have used his office for an employment matter, which he lost. This was after he charged me $300 for a consultation fee, then $600 for the employment matter. Then he charged me $600 for an appeal which his office also lost. Beware this firm. They will tell you that they have cases and that the...y know how to handle them - especially his employee subordinate employee. I have wasted 6 months and under $2000 and I received two losses on which they promised me I may win. Then employee had the audacity to ask for an additional $3000 to continue fighting a case that they know they will lose (because they dont know how to handle this case). I am not using them and I do not recommend that anyone use them. Same may happen to you. Hey Dansicker, how about a refund?

Obviously, we cannot guarantee results, and while we do prevail in the vast majority of our cases, we do not always win. Ultimately, it is up to the client to decide whether to move forward or not -- they make that decision, not the attorneys. And they are told that we cannot guarantee that we will win. Could never find a better attorney.

Without a shadow of doubt, I can honestly say that I have never met a more experienced, competent, polite, professional person in my life much less an attorney. In fact, when I needed an attorney with whom to consult, I probably contacted every attorney organization on the web, every list of attorne...ys from as many sources as I could find and not one attorney would assist me. I contacted at least 75 attorneys and all wanted a a huge retainer for their services which I could not afford at the time. Some of the attorneys that I contacted wanted a $30,000 retainer to take my case. However, the only attorney to call me back, consult with me free of charge, give me an honest opinion on my case, and agree to represent me on a contingency basis was Mr. Dansicker. He worked with me on finances and never once demanded any money from me. He never promised me a win in my case but promised to do the best job he could for me which he did. There is no doubt I would HIGHLY recommend him to all of my family and friends and have nothing but the highest accolades for his assistance and professionalism. He is an outstanding attorney and I am positive you will be hard-pressed to fine anyone better to represent you and work with you financially. What a wonderful person. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Dansicker. He truly is a rarity in the legal professional. Responsive, Professional and Compassionate

I found Andrew Dansicker to be an excellent attorney in working with me on a matter with my employer. With Mr. Dansicker's assistance, we were able to come to a mutually agreeable solution in a situation that was initially quite hostile.
