stay away
To give the best review of Mr. Dansicker and his office would be only two words, STAY AWAY. The EEOC’s determination against the company that wrongfully terminated my employment, stated they retaliated against me, and as well, denied a reasonable medical accommodation. Mr. Dansicker talked a goo...

Scared
Scared of major companies. Not willing to go the extra mile. Started off strong, ended up fragile. Paid a lawyer for my case that was cut and dry! The first email was tough then it was just embarrassing from there on out. Literally asked for a certain amount without even talking to me first, sta...

Deceiving.
I found a website with Andrew Dansicker LLC showing they gave free consultations. I contacted and spoke with Andrew who then charged me a consultation fee anyway even after sending him a screen shot showing him that it stated free consultstion which was the reason I even contacted him in the first pl...

Unemployment Hearing
It's quite rare to find a lawyer that sincerely cares about your best interest. However, Andrew truly resets the stereotype that anyone might have had towards an employment lawyer. He graciously shared his knowledge of the law regarding my circumstances and explained the legal journey before me. Thi...

Lawyer Wanted $300 To Talk!
I have a clear cut case--piles of evidence that my superior lied about me in print on evaluations and also proof that he ignored the ADA and did not provide the reasonable accommodations I had requested and had had approved. This attorney could have made a pile off my case. But greed replaced commo...
I am sorry you are frustrated, but your frustration is misplaced. We are a very small law firm -- only two attorneys -- with a stellar reputation that is contacted by nearly 400 potential new clients every month (nearly all of whom tell us that they have a "clear-cut case" that will win a "pile" of money). While our initial telephone intake interview is free, if we have determined that you might have a legitimate case, we require a $300 fee for a legal analysis consultation, where we meet with you for an hour or longer, review all of your documents and give you our legal analysis of the strength of your case and your best options moving forward. If we are interested in representing you moving forward, we may offer a full contingency fee agreement, or a hybrid agreement that includes a reduced hourly fee and a reduced contingency fee. Unfortunately, we simply cannot afford to provide free in-person meetings with every potential client, as we would never have time to get any work completed. You certainly would not go to see a doctor to find out if you have a medical problem and not expect to pay for his or her time, so why would you expect anything different from an attorney? The reality is that you get what you pay for. . . .
"I endorse this lawyer.Great lawyer. Very Knowledgeable. Real student of the practice of law. Very effective. Fights for his clients.Always prepared"
"I heartily endorse Andrew Dansicker. Andrew is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in the employment law field, and is a terrific person. I consider Andrew as among the very best employment practitioners in the Baltimore-Washington region. I have not hesitated to refer clients to Andrew. Andrew is a thoughtful, skilled, and effective advocate for his clients."
"I have referred several clients with employment issues to Andrew and he has done an excellent job. He has a wealth of experience in all cases involving employment matters and represents both employers and employees. I strongly endorse this lawyer."
"High regards for Attorney Dansicker. At my former firm I have referred some possible cases to Andy. I've had great feedback from these clients regarding tghe work that was performed for them."
"I endorse this lawyer. I strongly endorse Andy. The older I get, the fewer attorneys do I find who are willing to represent plaintiffs in employment actions. Frankly, unless you can win your cases, you will not be successful. Andy is a strong and successful advocate and effective counsel that I feel very comfortable referring cases."
"I hold Andrew Dansicker in very high regard; I have referred him work, have worked with him on one complex unemployment appeal and have consulted his opinion on several matters. He deserves his high rating here on Avvo; his firm is excellent. I wish him and his staff continued success and would encourage anyone to consider his firm in any labor law matter. I first became aware of his practice in detail around 2009 and my regard for him and his practice continues to this day."
