I HIGHLY recommend Mr.David Richard Waranch to anyone who is in need of help with a traffic violation. He is a TRUE professional and made this entire ordeal a pleasurable one, when I should be worried which I was never worried after hiring Mr Waranch . I am an out-of-state driver and received a spee...ding ticket going through MD. After going on line & found a lawyer who seemed uninterested in my case had me doing stuff for myself which I thought was her job, I felt she wasn't the one for this as she advised me I would've to appear in court which I was taken aback & I felt uncomfortable with her level of professionalism. I found Mr. Waranch online & after speaking with him without a doubt I knew he was the perfect attorney that I wanted to represent me. Not only do you get the sense that he is more than qualified and experienced in traffic law, he took the time to speak with me & I felt very comfortable in which is manner & demeanor ultimately made this experience seamless. I was stopped by an out-of-jurisdiction officer and cited for 3 offenses (speeding, improper lane change, reckless driving) by a second officer who didn't witness the events. I had 2 prior points, and was facing suspension if the reckless driving charge was upheld. The police obviously realized that they had no case, as neither officer bothered to show up for court and Mr. Waranch was able to avoid continuation of the case and secure judgments of "not guilty" on all three counts. Even if the officer(s) had shown up, I am confident that Mr. Waranch's strategy would have resulted in dismissal of the reckless driving charge at a minimum. I passed a single police officer standing in the middle of the road who I thought was directing traffic near a work zone that was being set up. I later found out he was signaling me to pull over for speeding. The police officer cited me for speeding (70 in 55 mph), running a red light and not using m...y turn signal to turn right. The officer also cited me for eluding/fleeing from police. I did not understand what this last charge meant. I had never been pulled over by police before nor have I ever had a speeding ticket. When I found out that the eluding/fleeing charge could mean a year in jail and 12 points on my clean traffic record, I was filled with anxiety.
