Never responded to two messages about reviewing my document or fee for doing so. A simple I'm not interested or my rate is 250 300 or whatever it may be per hour would have greatly been appreciated. I tried two times contacting and never heard anything back.

I appreciate the prompt response; however, when I asked follow up questions, I did not hear anything from him except to rate him. If a simple reply such as he will contact me to further discuss the case, that would have been appreciated.
