Robin Bond is the best of the best!

Robin assisted me with a very difficult and complex employment situation. My father had recently passed away. The level of compassion Robin demonstrated was not something I never expected from my lawyer. She is incredibly honest and provides you with a full assessment of your situation while explaini...ng the legal aspects of your case, prior to pursuing action. Robin is very detailed oriented and she worked quickly to obtain resolution so I could obtain the peace I needed to move forward with my life. She is incredibly knowledgeable as she has vast experiences across multiple industries. At one point the situation escalated and Robin maintained a calm demeanor to obtain the successful outcome we both desired. She is excellent at following up and keeps you informed of the status of your case throughout the entire process. Robin Bond is not a typical lawyer. She is compassionate, caring and she gets the job done! She truly cares about her clients and I would highly recommend her.

Honest and real results

I came to attorney Robin Bond, of Transition Strategies, during a very difficult and stressful time in my life. After meeting with Robin Bond, I found hope for my situation. Robin explained my legal rights as an employee, and also made it clear what was fair to ask for in a resolution, as well as the... timeline for that possible outcome. It was a long road, however Robin stood by me through the entire process. Robin is consistently patient, and she took the time to ease my worries, she is an excellent communicator. Robin handled the entire case with a rare balance of kindness and professionalism. She is sharp, precise, tenacious, steady, strong, and she is prompt at returning calls. I highly recommend Robin Bond and this firm! You will come to honest and real results.

Client

I worked with Robin as I was leaving my employer through a separation package/early retirement program. I found Robin's guidance and attention to detail outstanding. I felt I needed an expert to guide me through an emotional period so that I did not make any mistakes. Robin was there for me throug...hout the process and I have already made my next career move. Seeking Robin's guidance and advice was the right personal choice for me.

Robin is a trusted expert!

Robin Bond provided the expertise to navigate my workforce severance agreement in an efficient and very effective manner. When I found out that I was being severed due to a reduction in force (resulting from a corporate reorganization), I was overwhelmed with the legal document before me. After... an initial consultation, Robin provided a very clear list of suggested changes to my severance package. I was offered the option of proceeding on my own, or continuing to pay for her services until I reached a satisfactory agreement. I attempted to proceed on my own and quickly realized that I was unable to reach agreement on nearly every point of contention on my own. Robin was supportive throughout, providing very timely responses to my many questions, and proceeded to pick up where I left off with my employer's corporate lawyer. Robin's style is something that helped alleviate my stress - she is very calm and thorough in her explanation of both the law and her strategy in extricating me out of my tenuous situation. Robin listened very carefully to my concerns and actively sought to understand my history with the company. Her ideas were creative and effective - she thought of solutions that I had not even considered, and she negotiated skillfully. In the end, Robin not only worked out every issue that we sought to improve (and there were many), she was able to help me negotiate the time and resources needed to devote to a job search. I found a much better job as a result of Robin's abilities with a company that fits my needs much better. To top it all off, Robin's knowledge of the compensation landscape and her negotiation savvy helped me to receive a better contract for my new job. I highly recommend Robin Bond and her firm's services for anybody seeking legal support to resolve employee-employer conflicts, and for expertise in job-transitioning, including contract negotiation.

Robin Bond - review of employment contracts

Robin Bond is knowledgeable and pleasant - definitely not the type of attorney who will race your engine when that is not needed. She reviews contracts word by word and makes insightful and useful changes. When all is said and done, given the importance of contracts for individuals in new em...ployment situations, consulting and FTE, trying to read and process the legalese on your own does not make sense. While you can review what is written, unless you are well-schooled, you cannot see what is missing or where the contract writer has sought quiet advantage. Let Robin do that for you. Down the road her fee will appear small compared with the costs of your own errors.
