I would rate my experience with this attorney 2.5 out of 5 stars. Mr. Scache was polite, courteous, and professional in most interactions. I would advise anyone considering his services to keep a close eye on billing—particularly on time logged for calls between attorneys—as the charges can add ...up quickly and often seemed to produce no results. Additionally, prospective clients should be prepared to actively manage the pace of the work. Progress stalled unless I followed up directly, and there always seemed to be a reason or explanation for delays. Things we could have and should have filed were never done. If you know what you want and when you need it, be prepared to clearly articulate those expectations and stay on top of the timeline. Overall, he seemed competent and professional, but in my opinion future clients should be proactive and attentive to ensure things move efficiently and stay within budget.

When I first met Ash, I knew he was going to be the one to help me. Ash is confident, experienced, and knowledgable. I felt this from day one and hired him on the spot. Ash gave me the courage and confidence to go through the entire divorce process. From initial paperwork through discovery and a lo...t of additional steps, he supported me and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. The cherry on top is that we fought through a PFA, divorce, and custody and kept winning each step of the way. See, I have bipolar disorder and had a postpartum psychosis episode several weeks after our daughter was born. My ex-husband used that against me in the custody battle claiming that I was an unfit mother. Ash made a plan for me to go see psychologists, which led to home visits, interviews with friends and families, etc. He was so strategic from start to finish. He knew the exact timing for each visit to pyschologist #1 and then psychologist #2. After almost a year of this, it was evident to the judge that I was stable and a fit mother and I got a graduated plan of visitation all the way to 50/50 custody. Oh yes and I did I mention that my ex-husband tried to move thousands of miles away to his hometown and didn't care for me to see my daughter at all. So, if you need someone who is going to advocate, empathize, and keep you in the loop and offer an excellent plan get a consultation and you'll see what I mean. Thanks to Ash I have my daughter back in my life.

From the moment I met Ash, I knew I was in good hands. He was knowledgeable and kind and truly had me and my daughters best interest at heart. I knew my case wasn't going to be easy because I have a mental health condition called bipolar disorder which was going to be a difficult case due to the natu...re of the illness. My ex husband wanted sole custody of our daughter 1 year old daughter and wanted to move over 7 hours away from me. Ash knew all the appropriate steps to take to make sure that I was able to get 50/50 custody of my daughter and ensured that my ex wasn't able to move away. The battle almost took 2 years to get to the final custody stipulation but Ash provided support for me the entire time especially when I had given up all hope. It is thanks to Ash and his team that I am going to be able to be an active part in my daughter's life. We were even able to get everything settled outside of court! Again, Ash was amazing and I couldn't recommend a better attorney!
