Before becoming an attorney, I worked for 25 years as a chemical engineer and held numerous management positions for several small and very large corporations. I was allegedly, wrongfully terminated at my final company. After my termination, I settled my lawsuit without even being deposed because I knew how to prepare. I saw the alleged retaliation coming. I went to law school to practice Employment Law. First and foremost, representing employees who have been illegally treated or wrongfully terminated. Second, I also advise small companies on how to comply with the maze of complex employment laws. I learned a lot from being terminated and can relate to those treated illegally. I have posted seven Guides on AVVO about the reality of the workplace and what an employee should do when mistreated at work. I have also published an Employment Guide on Amazon Kindle Self-Published Books. I practice in all areas of employment law with a concentration in the Americans with Disabilities Act, Wage & Hour violations, and Criminal Background Discrimination.
