Empathetic, Strategic and Smart
From the moment I met Scott Pollins, I knew that he was going to spend the time to understand my particular situation and support me through the legal process. Scott was able to sift through the emotional elements of my case to determine the facts that would support my claims. Scott was able to create a compelling case from the facts and did so in a strategic manner. Scott’s positive attitude pulled me up during times when I needed it the most and I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent me. I Would Recommend Scott To Anyone
Scott Pollins was an outstanding attorney I hired when I was seeking justice against a previous awful workplace environment. We won the case with a remarkable settlement. Amazing consultant for a fellow lawyer
I hired Mr. Pollins to consult on a criminal case where the conviction in a criminal matter could affect his employment at a large company. Mr. Pollins walked the client through the process of notifying his employer, gave clear and to the point advice, and was available for follow-up. I will call him for all of my employment questions in the future.

Honest, Communicative, & On Point

Truly Superb: Professional and Caring
Scott Pollins has skills within the arena of employee's rights that are ideal for anyone searching for strong representation. He is knowledgeable not only from a factual, legal perspective but also with regard to character, personality, and the subtleties these cases often present. Professional and straightforward
I have known Scott for almost 5 years in which I have worked with him 3 times. The first time was in 2010 for a dispute over an exit agreement in which Scott was able to resolve quickly in such a manor that my former employer paid his fees and all monies owed to me in a matter of days once he was engaged. I had also worked with Scott on an executive employee agreement when I sold my company in 2012. It was a very complex agreement which Scott had my best interest while I negotiated the contract. Recently I worked with Scott on a settlement agreement for my shares in this company as I had left to pursue a new start up. There were several firms involved in this process and Scott kept the process moving along to achieve a settlement that I was very pleased with. Scott made it a priority to really understand my situation and kept me positive during this process. Scott made himself very accessible and was vey responsive to my request even after office hours. I highly recommend Scott for employment and labor advice.

One of A Kind
I have had the great pleasure of working with Scott over the last year regarding an ERISA case and going up against a huge insurance company. Scott is a master of his craft and an expert with ERISA law. From the day we first met, Scott has been nothing short of creative, smart, professional, communicative, and honest. He makes complex laws incredible tangible for a person like me who is far from acclimated to the world of Law. Outstanding attorney
I started my journey with Scott two years ago. During that time, Scott was professional and knowledgable. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Timely and excellent results - An attorney that really cares
In December of 2012, I contacted Scott Pollins for legal advice concerning a severance negotiation strategy. Although this was a difficult time for me, Scott was thoughtful, responsive and professionally prepared to take on my widely recognized former employer. Scott is articulate, well organized, experienced and an ideal liaison between my former employer and me. In addition to taking on a partner in one of the largest law firms in the country, Scott was confident, patient and in contact with me frequently, keeping me apprised of any new discoveries and to partner and strategize our next move. Within a few months, Scott was able to successfully negotiate a substantial severance agreement that both parties could agree on, shake hands and walk away. I would recommend Scott to friends and if I had an occasion, would hire his professional services again.

Easily intimidated.
Scott advised me to tell my employer I didn't want pictures of women in bathing suits to be hung in the company cafeteria which was happening, and so I did, and got fired. Scott pretended to be wiling to help me and after i paid him at a hearing, he sat there and didn't say or do anything and then never called me back. He is a coward in my opinion.
