Disrespected client!!!!!

I paid this law firm and I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service. They were rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive to my needs. They showed me a great deal of attention until I signed the contract and made the payment. They didn't return my phone calls, I was passed over to inexperienced attorn...eys and treated me with a total lack of regard and respect. I tried to speak with the head of the firm, Greg about my concerns and he was unresponsive and unwilling to accept responsibilities. Greg rather have his underlings respond talk to me which I find to be totally unacceptable. In my view the only thing this law firm was good at was getting my money and despite their deferring accountability buyers should beware and shy far away from this law firm!

At the Law Office of Greg Prosmushkin we strive to give every client top notch personal service. Mr. Bruno received the same excellent service we give to all of our clients. Everything possible was done to provide Mr. Bruno with a good outcome, however, dealing with agencies of the federal government can be very difficult and they operate on their own timeline. Sadly, the lawyers at our firm have no control over the response times of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. All the necessary paperwork was filed with the government in a timely fashion, however, response times from the government vary, and in this particular case, the response time has been very slow. We did everything possible to speed Mr. Bruno’s case along, but we are still waiting for a response. We understand Mr. Bruno’s frustration, however, once petitions are filed it is out of our hands and we must wait for a decision like anyone else.

I chose the right guy!

I'm really glad I chose the law office of Greg Prosmushkin to represent me for my traffic tickets. I was looking at losing my license for 6 months, Greg Prosmushkin himself represented me in court and saved my license from being revoked. The price was reasonable for the service provided. Greg did an excellent job. Good representation.

Greg and Anthony saved me about 75% of what I would have had to pay originally for fines for traffic related fines. Also, they saved me from a license suspension. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone who needs representation. Truly a class act. A no B.S., highly professional organization.

Highly recommended!!!!

Mr. Prosmushkin was prompt, efficient, and effective. I had two major traffic tickets (one for 31mph over the limit with 8 pionts) that he got dismissed/decreased so I had zero points and a fine reduction from 480$ to 75$. I am extremely pleased with his work and will definitely be recommending his s...ervices to friends and colleagues. Five stars!!!

Done exactly as promised

He got 5 points taken off a ticket and greatly reduced my fine for speeding. Also got me off for a small possession charge. Highly recommended, and does what he promises.
