I came to the U.S as an exchange student under a J-1 visa status to study dairy science for a year, after which I was required to satisfy the 2-years home country residency requirement. I initially engaged the services of a law firm in Gainesville FL to not only help me waive that requirement but als...o secure an H1B visa status. As futile as this effort turned out and after several years had gone by with a bleak and a disparaging future, a friend recommended the vibrant legal, astute and professional services of Prosmushkin Law firm, PA, which helped me secure a "No Objection" statement from my home country and the eventual granting of the 212(e) Waiver. Best of all, I was granted a green card few months later and that enabled me to join and serve in the U.S. Army. This unbelievable story was made believable through the help of God Almighty and the wonderful attorneys of Gregg Prosmushkin Law Firm.

Excellent Law Firm

I would recommend this Law firm for anyone going through legal problems. Greg Prosmushkins is a excellent lawyer. He didn't sugarcoat the case. He told me and my husband what could happen with the case and what he could do for us. I respect his honesty and straight forwardness. We were very pleased w...ith the outcome. Case Dismissed!

I unfortunately received a speeding citation. I was really stressed out about getting points on my license. I went to Anthony Gil who helped explain the process to me. He's a confident and experienced guy who seemed to know what he is doing. I felt a lot better with him and Prosmushkin law firm defen...ding me. We set up a court date. I get a call on the court date personally from Greg telling me the case was dismissed! I really appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy in handling my case. The secretary was also very patient with me (given all the questions I had) and made the process even smoother. This was the first time I ever had to deal with a lawyer and I would highly recommend the firm to others.

Great Lawyer!

Mr. Prosmushkin was very helpful in getting me out of a jam. He was very thoughtful and efficient and took care of all the paperwork. He is very knowledgeable of the court system. I am grateful for his service.
