Terrible Lawyer, Careless, Unattentive, Rude

I understand your frustration, but it's important to Greg Prosmushkin's legal services have left much to be desired. Throughout my experience, I found his approach to be lacking in several crucial aspects. It is important to note that my review is based solely on my personal experience and may not re...flect the experiences of others. One of the primary issues I encountered with Greg Prosmushkin was his apparent lack of attention to detail. It often felt as though he did not thoroughly review the specifics of my case, which resulted in avoidable mistakes and oversights. This carelessness ultimately impacted the outcome of my legal matter. Additionally, there were instances where it seemed as though Mr. Prosmushkin was not fully engaged in my case. This lack of commitment and diligence left me feeling unsupported and uncertain about the progress of my legal situation. It is crucial for an attorney to demonstrate a high level of dedication to their clients' interests. Moreover, there were communication challenges throughout our working relationship. Timely responses to emails or phone calls were inconsistent, making it difficult to stay informed about the status of my case. Effective communication is essential in legal matters, and this aspect of Mr. Prosmushkin's service was certainly lacking. While it is not appropriate to make judgments about someone's intelligence, the overall experience left me questioning the effectiveness of his legal strategy and decision-making. In conclusion, my experience with Greg Prosmushkin as my attorney was less than satisfactory due to a lack of attention to detail, commitment, and effective communication. Terrible lawyer, terrible attitude

After politely privately contacting the lawyer about my concerns that my simple case was neglected and I kept getting boiler-plate responses from his staff, he sent me a letter and dropped my case. Very unprofessional and a very poor attitude. A simple status update must have been a more appropria...te response from a “professional.”

Definitely made the right choice with this law firm!!!!

I hired Greg Prosmushkin's office after my auto accident and I made the right choice!! Greg, Polina and the rest of the staff were very courteous and professional. They handled everything regarding my case very efficiently and quickly. My phone calls, questions and emails were answered in a very t...imely and informative manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Disrespected client!!!!!

I paid this law firm and I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service. They were rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive to my needs. They showed me a great deal of attention until I signed the contract and made the payment. They didn't return my phone calls, I was passed over to inexperienced attorn...eys and treated me with a total lack of regard and respect. I tried to speak with the head of the firm, Greg about my concerns and he was unresponsive and unwilling to accept responsibilities. Greg rather have his underlings respond talk to me which I find to be totally unacceptable. In my view the only thing this law firm was good at was getting my money and despite their deferring accountability buyers should beware and shy far away from this law firm!

At the Law Office of Greg Prosmushkin we strive to give every client top notch personal service. Mr. Bruno received the same excellent service we give to all of our clients. Everything possible was done to provide Mr. Bruno with a good outcome, however, dealing with agencies of the federal government can be very difficult and they operate on their own timeline. Sadly, the lawyers at our firm have no control over the response times of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. All the necessary paperwork was filed with the government in a timely fashion, however, response times from the government vary, and in this particular case, the response time has been very slow. We did everything possible to speed Mr. Bruno’s case along, but we are still waiting for a response. We understand Mr. Bruno’s frustration, however, once petitions are filed it is out of our hands and we must wait for a decision like anyone else.

Case Dismissed!

I unfortunately received a speeding citation. I was really stressed out about getting points on my license. I went to Anthony Gil who helped explain the process to me. He's a confident and experienced guy who seemed to know what he is doing. I felt a lot better with him and Prosmushkin law firm defen...ding me. We set up a court date. I get a call on the court date personally from Greg telling me the case was dismissed! I really appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy in handling my case. The secretary was also very patient with me (given all the questions I had) and made the process even smoother. This was the first time I ever had to deal with a lawyer and I would highly recommend the firm to others.
