Knowledgeable, Professional and personable

James Hartt handled our legal issues with regards to our 13 year old son's assault case - he was responsive, informative, professional and caring. He always responded in a timely manner and was straight forward with what we could expect. He settled our lawsuit in a respectable amount of time. Stayed on top of things

I became disabled in 2012 after 3 surgeries. My company determined I was disabled and I receive monthly benefits, however they didn't feel i was disabled enough for the "waiver of life insurance premium". I wasn't sure how they could determine i was disabled enough for a monthly payment but not di...sabled enough for a waiver of premium. Atty Hartt was recommended to me, I met with him, we went over everything and he proceeded to appeal the denial. Within a few months of his appeal, they reversed their decision. Atty Hartt was thorough, professional, knowledeable and attentive. I would, without hesitation, recommend Atty Hartt for your legal needs. Highly Recommended

I highly recommend working with James for employment severance or termination agreements. He helped me a lot when I left a high ranking position at a well known company in Manhattan.

Traffic Violation Case

Mr. Hart worked closely with the district attorneys office to get my speeding ticket reduced. They reduced it to a non-moving violation. I had to take an online course but no points were put on my license and my insurance rates did not increase. He did an amazing job!
