My personal opinion is that since he doesn't normally address legal issues re...garding the F.D.C.P.A. and bill collection, he was very understanding of the fact that I needed assistance regarding the constant bombardment of illegal, unethical collections. These matters made it all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States.
