I retained Mr. Hartt as my S.S.D.I. check was illegally garnished by the Bank of America. It wasn't his specific area practice of expertise, but he was able to address the matters ending the HARASSMENTS BY THE COLLECTORS. My personal opinion is that since he doesn't normally address legal issues re...garding the F.D.C.P.A. and bill collection, he was very understanding of the fact that I needed assistance regarding the constant bombardment of illegal, unethical collections. These matters made it all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States.

I was referred to Mr. Hartt because another firm could not take my disability case. James was up front (Thank God) about his pricing. So few lawyers are when they work with big firms. He filed the motions I needed done, and followed up to a successful conclusion for me and my family. We settled. Folk...s, no need to go to some big firm. From my vantage point, he does the same work as they do, for a fraction of the cost.
