Inexperienced in complex litigation
He is very inexperienced when it comes to very complex legal matters. Yes he will start ur eviction case, but once it gets stalled and transferred to a higher court or when HPD gets involved, he does not know what he’s doing. He will demand more money upfront and then stall and adjourn just to charge...

Scamming landlords long term
Mr Mizrahi charges a low retainer fee to start because he up-charges for each inevitable housing court adjournment in the long run which is how he generates revenue, providing subpar, mediocre legal services to unsuspecting landlords trying to navigate the hellhole that is the NYC Housing Court Sys...
This attack, by this "anonymous" reviewer is admittingly not a client of our office and is merely attacking our office without any provocation and without any services rendered by our office. In order to be amazingly transparent, our Retainer Agreement is less than one page and is in typical size font (as opposed to essentially every other law firm). We provide great results for actual clients (if one peruses the reviews from actual clients). The alleged "ineffectiveness of this system" noted by the reviewer is a widespread issue impacting every law office equally, so it is un-understandable as to the point the reviewer is trying to make. In fact we decline to take on many files due to a Landlord not having their paperwork or facts up to snuff, and this anonymous reviewer was perhaps someone who we noted as same (and would not take on their file). If this anonymous reviewer would be forthright enough to reveal their identity, instead of hiding being an unprovoked review, we will be able to more specifically respond (as we log all incoming prospective clients with facts and details about their potential matters).

Failed to serve predicate notice properly
Just read an article online how a Judge ruled against this law office in a holdover case back in 2023 because they failed to serve the predicate notice properly. JOHNASON CHENG LEE v. SARRAF R. SIMON Case number: LT-318777-23/QU This is a huge failure on their part. I don’t know how I or anyb...

He lost a court case because he didnt submit documents on time
Robert Mizrahi is an unqualified lawyer he lost a court case because he filed the court papers late . A simple Google search shows Robert Mizrahi's incompetence. Everybody Google search " McManus v. Condren" LT-305855-21/NY just to see how incompetent this lawyer is and how he lost a case because he...
If one is interested in what truly occurred on this matter, the link to the Judge's Order is below. This decision was issued while the court was still partially closed for Covid-19 and the court utilized temporary procedures at said time (by not issuing a court date on matters, as opposed to before and after Covid-19, leading to great confusion on how litigators are supposed to handle changes in procedure without corresponding updates in the law). One can see in the below link that the court struggled in coming to its decision and it took 7 pages for the Judge to memorialize same (luckily this scenario does not exist anymore as the court moved away from Covid-19 procedures over time): https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=ZAcZMH/42pTm_PLUS_5CeLIh4tw==

Worst eviction attorney in NYC
The worst possible eviction attorney you can hire in NYC. He touts his ‘experience’ and ‘expertise’ yet in the courtroom no progress is made. It’s been over a year and my squatter is living comfortably in my home, Mizrahi keeps adjourning and charging us and billing us. We have no choice but to be at...

"Robert Mizrahi is a zealous advocate for his clients, and is very knowledgeable about Landlord/Tenant law. I do not hesitate to endorse Mr. Mizrahi for his legal smarts and know-how."
"There is no one else that I would refer a landlord-tenant matter other than Robert. He and his competent staff are on top of their game and they get results. Cant speak highly of him enough."
"If any of my clients or family members have a tenant issue, I am always pleased to refer them with confidence to Mr. Mizrahi. Every person I have sent him has been satisfied and have thanked me for the referral. He represents landlords with the utmost prudence and professionalism. Despite the numerous landlords throughout NYC that are served by him, the attention he provides to each of his cases make you feel like you are his only client. I highly recommend Robert Mizrahi as a landlord attorney."
