Eviction
We needed to remove tenant who was behind in rent. Contacted Robert's firm and within 2 days tenant was served. If we had questions they were answered quickly and clearly. Lack of knowledge
I hired this firm based on Yelp review. However, during the engagement, they changed the lawyers on my case for 3 times. I lost the case due to technically mistakes, resulted from their lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend this lawyer.

Devastating
This lawyer handled my eviction case without reading the landlord-tenant lease. This resulted in an illegal eviction because the papers were not properly served to the tenants. As the landlord, I suffered over $25000 due to damages caused by his negligence. Do not trust Mr. Mizrahi.
