They did nothing but take my money . Served renters a 90 day notice 150 days later still no court date . The tenants eventually moved out in their own without paying. Then 2 months later they billed my card and told me it was a closing out fee or something to that nature . The nerve of them ! DEFI...NITELY WOULDN’T REFER THISE ATTORNEY IT COMPANY

I signed an agreement with the firm and they stated they would take on my case. I had meetings and continued to make over five appointments requesting. for the assign lawyer who was overseeing my case to to contact me and when i was not contacted follow up via emails. Finally, I was advised after s...pending weeks in desperate need of help and i finally received an email stating the lawyer overseeing my case suddenly left the firm and they were working on finding a replacement. Well, as you can imagine I was in meeting after with HR and no one was able to legally advise me and the end result I emailed begging that someone help me after being.told thr firm would take my case and no one responded to my emails. The end result i had to answer a Position of Statement on my own and i have been retaliated against a mother of two has no income or health benefits, due to this firm. I wrote to the President who will be following up with the firm allowing me to be in this situation. Do not use as they have no mercy for employees being discriminated against and now one step from being homeless, due to the firm lack of providing any directives, due to them losing one lawyer and no one could assist me beside the lawyer who sudden left the firm. You are not good people at all.

We regained possession of the apartment in less than 3 months! I truly hope I do not ever need to deal with another eviction, but if so, I certainly who to call. disclaimer the following review is factual and it is based on facts which is portected by the by 1st amendment of the constitution of the united states of america we received a letter from this very attorney which contains inaccurate information he made a behalf of a client of his which by goes by ...a certain llc name he named a bunch of names such as john doe and jane doe among others and we know for a fact that some of the names that he mentioned in his letter have never even lived in this particular house hold and in this he letter he stated and this exactly how he worte it i asked the person spoken whether respondent was in active military service of the united states or of the state of new york in any capacity whatever and received a negative reply respondent wore ordinary civilian clothes and no military uniform then listed some names of people such as john doe and jane doe and some others whom do not even reside at said property he also wrote jane doe informed that she was not in in military service nor was she dependent on any person in the military service or any nation allied with the united states and he also wrote that said person is 85 years of age but there is no one 85 or older at said property i wonder where did he obtain this inaccurate information from? and he also had the nerve to write on this letter verification i don't understand how he can write verification when the only the thing you have is a letter of verified of inaccurate information? and by the way has any one ever noticed that every time this man receives a 1 star anonymous review he always questions them but if you look at the number of reviews this man has 37 reviews here on this site 11 of those reviews are 5 star anonymous of which he does not question at all oh jeez i wonder why he does not question any of those i mean if those people are so proud of the work he has done for them then why post a 5 star anonymous this makes those 11 five star anonmous reviews seems very questionable at best so the next time sir you so eager dispay your aggression in your letters it would be respectfully suggested that you may want to be certain that the information you are writing down is 100 percent correct otherwise please be of the understanding that as soon as you make letters such this you then you make yourself fair game for reviews such as this to come your way not only now but in the future as well

Robert and his team especially Dmitriy are extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They are so responsive to answer all my questions and concern. They helped me to resolve my eviction problem successfully six years ago. Without a doubt, I hired Robert again this August when I came acros...s another tenant eviction case.
