If one is interested in what truly occurred on this matter, the link to the Judge's Order is below. This decision was issued while the court was still partially closed for Covid-19 and the court utilized temporary procedures at said time (by not issuing a court date on matters, as opposed to before and after Covid-19, leading to great confusion on how litigators are supposed to handle changes in procedure without corresponding updates in the law). Horrible experience and misled by Mizrahi

Not on my side
They did nothing but take my money . Served renters a 90 day notice 150 days later still no court date . The tenants eventually moved out in their own without paying.
