He is very inexperienced when it comes to very complex legal matters. Yes he will start ur eviction case, but once it gets stalled and transferred to a higher court or when HPD gets involved, he does not know what he’s doing. He will demand more money upfront and then stall and adjourn just to charge... you more. He is basically a one-man show boasting his expertise when in reality , you can’t even compare him to the bigger law firms. He’s an amateur lawyer masquerading as expert trial landlord/tenant eviction attorney.

Robert Mizrahi quoted me a $5000 retainer which includes 0 court appearances and a charge of $350/ hour. The best part is that he told me it may take up to 2 years to evict my squatter and at any point he can charge anything he wants and if I don’t pay (or miss a invoice payment) he will withdraw an...d discontinue my case. READ his retainer agreement before you sign ANYTHING! Thank god I didn’t proceed with him

They are so rude. I literally called their office just to get information about my situation. They’re belittling and talking down on me like I’m clueless or stupid , asked them to explain the entire eviction process and the timeline and what’s included and the guy on the phone says are you going to ...stop wasting my time lady? I was shocked, all I did was just ask their process, turnaround time etc. it’s a good thing I chose a different firm because these guys are extremely rude and act like they’re the best eviction lawyers out there . With this conduct they definitely aren’t and I’ll make sure I inform others to search elsewhere

we hired Robert back in 2022 to evict a squatter but he kept dragging the case out and kept billing us nonstop. his favorite excuse was that COVID was delaying the court when we asked him why it's taking so long. in the end it took him a full 2 years just to get the judgment (another 5 months for t...he warrant) . the best part? we were up against those free legal aid society lawyers the anxiety knowing a squatter is destroying your home while the lawyer tasked with helping us is just milking us dry. horrible experience and would never recommend him.
