Inexperienced in complex litigation
He is very inexperienced when it comes to very complex legal matters. Yes he will start ur eviction case, but once it gets stalled and transferred to a higher court or when HPD gets involved, he does not know what he’s doing. He will demand more money upfront and then stall and adjourn just to charge...

Perhaps the reviewer can provide their name or case he or she is referring to, so that the reviewer's allegation can be fact checked and the truth can be posted here. Our office works with extreme urgency on every single matter, as can be seen by perusing the multitude of reviews. Thank you.

Extremely deceptive retainer agreement
Robert Mizrahi quoted me a $5000 retainer which includes 0 court appearances and a charge of $350/ hour. The best part is that he told me it may take up to 2 years to evict my squatter and at any point he can charge anything he wants and if I don’t pay (or miss a invoice payment) he will withdraw an...
This is clearly a false review: -Our office does not even have a $5k Retainer Fee. -Our Retainer Fee $500.00 - so it is affordable to struggling landlords -We dont have any such clause stating that we "can charge anything." -The entire Retainer Agreement is less than one page in readable size font. -This office does not know who the reviewer is ("Jordan A")

Very rude during initial contact
They are so rude. I literally called their office just to get information about my situation. They’re belittling and talking down on me like I’m clueless or stupid , asked them to explain the entire eviction process and the timeline and what’s included and the guy on the phone says are you going to ...

Horrible experience and misled by Mizrahi
we hired Robert back in 2022 to evict a squatter but he kept dragging the case out and kept billing us nonstop. his favorite excuse was that COVID was delaying the court when we asked him why it's taking so long. in the end it took him a full 2 years just to get the judgment (another 5 months for t...

Remarkable Landlord Attorney
Robert and his team especially Dmitriy are extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They are so responsive to answer all my questions and concern. They helped me to resolve my eviction problem successfully six years ago. Without a doubt, I hired Robert again this August when I came acros...
"Robert Mizrahi is a zealous advocate for his clients, and is very knowledgeable about Landlord/Tenant law. I do not hesitate to endorse Mr. Mizrahi for his legal smarts and know-how."
"There is no one else that I would refer a landlord-tenant matter other than Robert. He and his competent staff are on top of their game and they get results. Cant speak highly of him enough."
"If any of my clients or family members have a tenant issue, I am always pleased to refer them with confidence to Mr. Mizrahi. Every person I have sent him has been satisfied and have thanked me for the referral. He represents landlords with the utmost prudence and professionalism. Despite the numerous landlords throughout NYC that are served by him, the attention he provides to each of his cases make you feel like you are his only client. I highly recommend Robert Mizrahi as a landlord attorney."
