Inexperienced in complex litigation
He is very inexperienced when it comes to very complex legal matters. Yes he will start ur eviction case, but once it gets stalled and transferred to a higher court or when HPD gets involved, he does not know what he’s doing. Misspelt Name on court document
This lawyer misspelt a name on official court documents and didn’t tell me until I found out myself. He is so horrible he made such a silly mistake and didn’t even apologize to us. Thousands of dollars in fees and he can’t even spell correctly . Laughable

This tenant then tried very many times to have an Appellate Court reverse the Landlord Tenant Court's eviction, but failed.
