I feel outright scammed. I paid Robert a hefty upfront fee to start my case. It’s been 3 months and I’ve heard absolutely nothing no updated , case hasn’t even started yet but he’s been charging me every month. I call their office and or course no answer. They are quick to collect your money but ver...y slow to provide any meaningful actual legal service . Never again with this guy

I signed an agreement with the firm and they stated they would take on my case. I had meetings and continued to make over five appointments requesting. for the assign lawyer who was overseeing my case to to contact me and when i was not contacted follow up via emails. Finally, I was advised after s...pending weeks in desperate need of help and i finally received an email stating the lawyer overseeing my case suddenly left the firm and they were working on finding a replacement. Well, as you can imagine I was in meeting after with HR and no one was able to legally advise me and the end result I emailed begging that someone help me after being.told thr firm would take my case and no one responded to my emails. The end result i had to answer a Position of Statement on my own and i have been retaliated against a mother of two has no income or health benefits, due to this firm. I wrote to the President who will be following up with the firm allowing me to be in this situation. Do not use as they have no mercy for employees being discriminated against and now one step from being homeless, due to the firm lack of providing any directives, due to them losing one lawyer and no one could assist me beside the lawyer who sudden left the firm. You are not good people at all.
