Just read an article online how a Judge ruled against this law office in a holdover case back in 2023 because they failed to serve the predicate notice properly. JOHNASON CHENG LEE v. SARRAF R. we hired Robert back in 2022 to evict a squatter but he kept dragging the case out and kept billing us nonstop. his favorite excuse was that COVID was delaying the court when we asked him why it's taking so long. in the end it took him a full 2 years just to get the judgment (another 5 months for t...he warrant) . the best part? we were up against those free legal aid society lawyers the anxiety knowing a squatter is destroying your home while the lawyer tasked with helping us is just milking us dry. horrible experience and would never recommend him. disclaimer the following review is factual and it is based on facts which is portected by the by 1st amendment of the constitution of the united states of america we received a letter from this very attorney which contains inaccurate information he made a behalf of a client of his which by goes by ...a certain llc name he named a bunch of names such as john doe and jane doe among others and we know for a fact that some of the names that he mentioned in his letter have never even lived in this particular house hold and in this he letter he stated and this exactly how he worte it i asked the person spoken whether respondent was in active military service of the united states or of the state of new york in any capacity whatever and received a negative reply respondent wore ordinary civilian clothes and no military uniform then listed some names of people such as john doe and jane doe and some others whom do not even reside at said property he also wrote jane doe informed that she was not in in military service nor was she dependent on any person in the military service or any nation allied with the united states and he also wrote that said person is 85 years of age but there is no one 85 or older at said property i wonder where did he obtain this inaccurate information from? and he also had the nerve to write on this letter verification i don't understand how he can write verification when the only the thing you have is a letter of verified of inaccurate information? and by the way has any one ever noticed that every time this man receives a 1 star anonymous review he always questions them but if you look at the number of reviews this man has 37 reviews here on this site 11 of those reviews are 5 star anonymous of which he does not question at all oh jeez i wonder why he does not question any of those i mean if those people are so proud of the work he has done for them then why post a 5 star anonymous this makes those 11 five star anonmous reviews seems very questionable at best so the next time sir you so eager dispay your aggression in your letters it would be respectfully suggested that you may want to be certain that the information you are writing down is 100 percent correct otherwise please be of the understanding that as soon as you make letters such this you then you make yourself fair game for reviews such as this to come your way not only now but in the future as well

This lawyer has failed in properly maintaining communication with his clients and effectively winning any court hearing against the tenant(s) we were trying to evict. We were led on numerous occasions to believe that this complicated case would be won in due time. Our presence during court hearings w...as "not needed," but the process was dragged out for months on end. The lawyer did not strongly fight for his clients in court. He did not even bother to listen to the clients concerns or relay them to the judge. I hired this lawyer due to the high number of 5 star ratings. I am wondering if these high ratings were fabricated in order to appeal to new clients. Any negative review is replied to as "Our office did not lose any case on technical mistakes... This anonymous review makes one wonder if the reviewer is a true client of this office. (very mature retort) Our office works with extreme urgency on every single matter, as can be seen by perusing the multitude of reviews. Thank you.” If the owner of this business would like to defend his poor work performance, at least be original with the responses.
