About me

In 2002, after 15 years in the mortgage banking industry, I opened the Law Office of Michael C. Schonberger, LLC  in order to play a larger, and more trusted, role for my clients with their real estate transactional needs. Since that time I have represents hundreds of clients with their acquisitions and sales of both residential and commercial real estate. I have found on many occasions that my clients appreciate my experience and familiarity with the financial aspects of mortgage borrowing as well as having a keen sense of the progression,  and direction, of a transaction.

  • Edward Francis Mcginty

I highly endorse Mr. Schonberger. He was my professor at Rutgers University for real estate finance, and I have worked with him after becoming an attorney myself. He is highly knowledgeable, and it was clear that he had a great relationship with his clients. He was always very responsive to emails and phone calls. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him.
