This man is either careless, lazy, outright incompetent or all of the above. He was to write a letter indicating that he represented me in a civil case. Instead he copied everything that i wrote and did not act in any way like he was my hired attorney. His careless and nonchalant attitude messed my c...ase and life up. He should go drive Uber. Even a layman with no law background could have done a better job. Run from this man. Never hire him. He is not an attorney. I wonder how he got called to the bar.

James Loewen came recommended through his wife whom I worked with. He NEVER provided the court with timely documents and managed to get our case dismissed not once, but twice. He genuinely does not care that we are losing our home and our kids will have to be uprooted from their environment. He has c...aused so much pain and suffering in our lives. I WOULDN'T recommend James Loewen to my worst enemy.
