He’s the lawyer you’ve been looking for.

Man where do I even begin. For years I’ve been trying to settle debt without seeing an end. Things just got worse at the beginning of the year. For months I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t concentrate on anything especially work because my financial history just wouldn’t let me. I finally decided that it was time to bury the past and try to move on. I spend hours and hours looking for a bankruptcy lawyer and just reading about bankruptcy altogether. Reading review after review I came across Stuart’s webpage. Something about Stuart that just felt right. I filled out the questionnaire on his website. I remember it was close to midnight since I couldn’t sleep. MIDNIGHT you guys....guess who emailed me right back within 10 minutes? Stuart, that’s who. He immediately gave me peace of mind and that would we would talk soon. Sure enough, we scheduled a meeting with my husband and just instantly worries started to go away. He’s a lawyer so he definitely will fight like one, but he genuinely cares and doesn’t judge you for your past mistakes. I never knew that it was possible for a lawyer to be caring. Stuart is your guy though. I’m glad I have him on my team. I hope I never ever get into financial issues ever again. He will educate you, tell you what you need to hear. Stuart is outstanding and knowledge .

I highly recommend Stuart Nachbar to all that are suffering from financial difficulties and considering a Chapter 7 or 13. Stuart is outstanding and very knowledgeable. A great Bankruptcy Attorney

I came to Stuart in December of 2018 desperate for help and relief. My debts were high, I had IRS issues which he is now going to try and help me navigate through, and a shrinking income. He assured me from the minute that I stepped into his office that I was going to be OK. He guided me thoughtfully through the process, always was there when I needed him, and went to court with me. Special Needs Education

Stuart handled our special needs education case with incredible insight and compassion for our son. Stuart’s level of empathy along with his meticulous detail in his professionalism is amazing.

I was scared when my husband found Stuart for our financial problems. Bankruptcy always had a connotation of failure to me. The thought of going through it gave me so much anxiety. Best lawyer around!! Hire him at once!!

I just love this attorney!! It might sound crazy for me to say that, but I do!! I was a nervous wreck at the thought of filing for bankruptcy. I was embarrassed, ashamed and felt like a total loser. I was also afraid of what filing would mean for the next few years of my life. During our very first meeting, Stuart helped lay those fears and feeling to rest. He was so kind and ... human, is the best way to say it. He doesn't speak "legal-ese". Always clear and concise in his explanations and instructions, he made the process simple to understand and follow. Add the fact that he has a great sense of humor, he made the process virtually painless. If you are looking to retain a bankruptcy attorney, I highly recommend him!

At the end of 2014 I found myself in an uninsured, medical disaster which brought me into 2015 with staggering debt. My only option seemed to be to file bankruptcy, and through a random google search I found Stuart Nachbar's office. Lawyers, bankruptcy, and legal jargon were all foreign to me and I have to say that Stuart was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful throughout the entire process. From our first meeting I could tell that he was the right guy for the job. He gives you all the information upfront, doesn't hide anything, makes sure you understand everything from start to finish, and with his many years of experience, he exudes the confidence that you, as a client, need to feel to be able to move forward with filing and breathe a little easier knowing that he will work his hardest to get the outcome you want/need. Highly Recommended! A Rare Combination of Positive Traits - Client Focused

There are not enough words to say how wonderful, client oriented, and kind this attorney is. I have dealt with many attorneys. I have found most to be more self image serving than client focused at least in the feeling I got from them. Stuart is one of the rare exceptions.
