Stuart's comment: “It should be noted that while I was reprimanded, the actions that led to this reprimand, took place at my previous Firm, while I was out of the office on extended medical disability leave and without my knowledge. The Board determined that even though I was on disability leave, as I was a named partner, I was still liable. The other partner of my former Firm also received the same reprimand. This ruling was appealed.”
